Friday nights are made for pizza’s! We tried the zesty Italian and classic pepperoni. The pepperoni was perfect. The zesty Italian was lacking something. The banana peppers were bitter. It was like it was left out and got dried out. I was a bit disappointed. Also disappointed by the chicken Parmesan pull apart. They were doughy and missing flavor. Same problem with the cinnamon puffs a bit under cooked. The Oreo pull apart however was the star of the show. If you try anything, try this! It’s such a fun and interesting experience. I was wondering how Oreo would taste with the bread and they played nice together. I couldn’t even take a picture. Overall good food that could be great.

Not really happy with my order or experience. I ordered the Italian trio because it comes with banana peppers on it and I’m picky about pizza. I showed up and picked up my order and got all the way home and it’s just an overcharged sausage/pepperoni pizza with no banana peppers at all. It looks nothing like the advertised photo. And I don’t even want it, I don’t like plain sauage/pepperoni pizza. I literally got this for the banana peppers on it. Not happy at all with this.

Waited over 2 hours for cold pizza that doordash eventually delivered for them. Ruined the party that we had planned for the children in need. Cant believe we placed an $80 dollar order with them just to get get screwed. When we tried calling for updates or afterwards to complain they just got really rude and hung up. Please save your money and time…and buy dinner literally anywhere else

pizzas looked great lots of cheese without having to ask. when first got there, the staff being busy i guess, they don’t greet you at all lol but if a pizza gets done they will say something to ask you if it’s yours. tasted great overall. slick wish it had more sauce and less cheese so it don’t brick up so much and separate itself but still good . lastly, the dude that did come take my money stopped making the pizzas with cheese still on his hand and checked me out, handed me my boxes, and continued making other pizzas. i ate mine LOL but im just saying .

I wanted to have a really good pizza today so I walked into Papa John’s. Wow, what a mess. The staff ignored anyone coming up to the counter and we’re talking among themselves. One young lady said somebody would like to order a pizza and no one came to the counter or responded to the request. As I waited, I watched, and they all just simply ignored the people who were there. If this is how Papa John’s manages their stores, I guess I will just continue to come here to Jet’s pizza where you are greeted and asked what you would like from now on.

I ordered a SAUSAGE pizza from Papa John’s tonight around 10:50 pm th rough Door Dash with a 2 Liter of Pepsi. Less than 15 minutes later, I received a SUPREME pizza and a 2 Liter. I filed a complaint with Door Dash and received credits to which I re-ordered my pizza a 2d time. At roughly 11:45 pm the dasher had finally arrived to pick up my pizza. At 11:50 pm, my dasher disappeared and Door Dash re-assigned my order to another dasher.
When he arrived, he was informed there was no pizza for me that they had given it to someone and double checked to ensure it was a Sausage Pizza. The dasher put me on the phone with them and at first the manager offered me 3 free pizzas tomorrow if I came in. I told him I wanted to eat tonight to which he said he understood but they were now closed and there was nothing he was willing to do to make things right tonight.
When I became upset and started to cuss he got his feelings hurt and informed me if I cussed he would hang up! Poor Gen X got their feelings hurt because they aren’t competent enough to work in a damn pizza place without screwing up orders.
If that is how customers are treated by Papa Johns, I will get pizza elsewhere.
