The pizza was to thick and the salad bar is to down and this was my first time here,my grandson birthday.i was very disappointed today.i had scrap the topping off the pizza dou.but the salad great .I had a awful day.learning the ingredients of papa pizza experience.

I’ve given this place a few chances but it’s always something. This is the only place that will deliver to my address is the reason I still go here. But recently I’ve been ordering carry out. The food is always good. The store is always clean. But the service is never up to par. The pick up times are never accurate. Order a pizza. Quoted 10-13 minutes. Came after 15 mins to pickup for a plain large cheese pizza. Come inside just to find out they haven’t even started on the pizza. Like I said the food is always good but it’s always a wait and it’s the same excuse “I’m sorry we were busy”. Just to see the screen with nothing on it.

Ordered pizza specials and they were zesty and cooked perfect. For a brick n mortar pizza franchise you really can’t pass on the deals and variety of the menu. I have had bad experiences in the past with the franchise but this location did very well. Timely manner for delivery and was as hot as it would have been served dining in. Delivery was prompt and the Driver was polite and courteous.

Papa John’s Milan, TN. Ordered a pizza for delivery at 9:00pm. They said it would be delivered in approx. 30minutes. After 55 minutes, I called to check on the status. A 3rd party advised the order was voided at 9:48pm. The 3rd party said they would connect my call directly to the Milan, Tn restaurant but of course they wouldn’t answer until after they closed at 10:00pm. Was never able to speak with anyone at Milan, Tn Papa John’s in regards to why they voided my order without notifying me. Will definitely be getting my pizza delivery from another restaurant in the future.

I get it was Friday and they were busy but when I placed my order I was told 30 minutes. When I went to pick it up I was told it would be an additional 20 minutes. When I returned 20 minutes later I was told my was coming out of the oven soon.
While I waited an an additional 7 minutes the staff seemed to be going at a leisurely pace and stopping work to chat. No one apologized for the wait, no one offered any type of compensation. The only employees in any kind of hurry were the delivery drivers.
My order was nothing but simple cheesy bread, so I waited an hour on an appetizer while the rest of my food (ordered elsewhere becauseI’m not paying $30 for a vegetarian pizza because my husband wants pineapple on it and I have to custom build that pizza) was getting cold.
When I did finally get the cheese bread it was good. The best around. That’s why I go there for it but an hour is a ridiculous wait time.

Website for papa John’s is down so had to call in order to the store. Laura answered and took my order. She was so awesome. Friendly and happy to take our order. She made the frustration I went through trying to order online a blessing!! Hard to find good customer service. You rocked it Laura. Tell your boss to give you a raise. Have a blessed day y’all.
