I called in to place a carry out over the phone at the call center and was told 10 to 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store I was told the wait time was an additional 20 to 25 minutes.

The guy name “Minix” at the register stated he would ask his manager about a discount. Minix came back and told me no, there was not any compensation for me.

The employees at this location are rude, hard to understand and have bad attitudes. I ordered delivery of a 37 dollar pizza and after 85 minutes had heard nothing so I called, boy answered was so hard to understand. Finally figured out he said it was in the oven, ready in 5 min. I said then you’ll deliver it? He said when the driver gets back. So I decided to go get it. Went right away, 5 min drive, was not greeted at all, got the pizza home, it was cold and not very good. You need to do something about your staff if you expect your business to survive!

terrible customer service they say they close at 9 pm but according to the manager who is in this store says they take orders until 7pm I do not understand why they have the store open if they are not going to give customer service apart from the manager they have a super bad attitude.

I ordered online for pickup. I walked into the restaurant and a Caucasian “male” employee walked up to the register with an attitude. I held up my phone so he/she/them could see my order number. He/she/them smirked at me and gruffly said, “it would be nice to have a name with that!” I refused to respond to the unprofessional attitude. I have a last name that is spelled in a variety of ways, so I immediately began to spell my last name so he/she/them wouldn’t have a problem finding my order. He/she/them rolled their eyes at me and said, “I can spell!” There was another customer and two young girls behind me, and because I wanted to be respectful for the children’s sake I kept my composure! However, the other customer and I both let them know that they were rude. I asked for the manager and they said they were the manager. At this point, I said to he/she/them, if you’re this rude as a manager I’d hate to have to deal with your employees. I told he/she/them that today was their day to receive mercy and I walked away! I will not order from Papa John’s on Winchester ever again!

I placed my order over the phone yesterday at 4:41, the man on the phone said my pizza would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. When I arrived at the restuarant at 5:00, the young man behind the counter said it would be 10 more minutes. Those added 10 minutes turn into 40 minutes, my order should have been ready when I got up there to the restuarant at 5:00. I stood there and waited until 5:50 to receive my pizza!!! The so called manager did not apologize for the inconvenience and the additional hour I had to wait, he was arrogant and nonchalant about me waiting an additional hour for my pizza. I would not be returning this Winchester location anymore, and this Winchester location needs to hire another manager, because that manager they have now with those piercings on his face, is not manager material at all!!!
