I usually order Papa John’s once or twice a month. I’m not sure if the location on Union Ave has new people or new management but they need to get it together. I’m gonna have to find a new pizza place to order from. This is the third time I’ve ordered pizza and it’s never right. They take your money and half as give you a pizza. Extra cheese, yeah right. Special crust, yeah right. They shove a half cocked pizza in a box and send it on its way.

This Papa Johns doesn’t even care enough to cut the damn pizza anymore. The last two delivery orders were both uncut, one of which were cheese STICKS. No way I would have ever let these leave the kitchen like this if I worked there. Never ordering from them again. Pictures speak for themselves.

Spent $19.55 (post tax and tip) on an Epic Stuffed Crust Cheese Pizza and got an epic nothing pizza. It barely had any cheese or sauce and was incredibly thin.
Then I got an email from PayPal saying that Papa John’s changed my payment to a total of $20. Which means that they just illegally charged me an extra 45 cents.
This was my first time ordering from this location and it was such a waste of money. I’m so very disappointed and angry. I certainly will never buy from here again. I’ll also be calling corporate in the morning for my money back.

Coming from Region one in Memphis was looking for something fast,and When I walked in was greeted by Tonio,which was very polite,told him I needed a meat pizza and he made sure it was fixed right,,and was hot,and it took less then 10 minutes,very professional young man,knew how to talk with respect will definitely come by again if in the area,and no he didn’t tell me to say this,and I didn’t get a discount by being honest but when you do your job right you deserve to be recognized,Thanks again,See you all soon

This is the worst Papa John’s in the city. This place just gives you bread with tomato sauce. It doesn’t matter how many extra toppings you order; the employees will not give them to you. The pizza I ordered was horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I’m a Memphis police officer. When I walked in one of the employees asked where are there so many 1 2’s in here. I was the only officer inside of the building. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza but instead I got a cheese, with the garlic sauce embedded into my food. It’s clear that papa John’s does not support local law enforcement

We ordered two peperoni pizzas. I ate 2 pieces and he ate the rest of one of the pizzas. We are both sick today. My husband has been vomiting all day today. I have been nauseous. We didn’t’ eat anything else yesterday. Pizzas are very skimpy. Will start going to Jets from now on.
