Not only they overcharged me and would not do anything about it when I spoke to the manager. But they gave me the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I’m a huge Papa John’s fan and this crust is not Papa John’s! I showed the manager, Brandon, the pictures and he could care less, he said all they could do is some type of Satisfaction guarantee. This pizza tasted awful. Hardly anyone ate it and I saved none of it because the crust was terrible. It was all very thin and had holes all over it when I asked for original. All the ingredients seemed piled in one area for the works pizza and it just tasted awful! This will be the last time I go to Papa John’s, which is unfortunate because it’s my favorite pizza place was! Terrible service, terrible management 🙁

This place has become awful… So many employees yet everyone is so slow…. The workers are very unsanitary… It’s so unexceptable. Making pizza dough with no gloves on, talking over the food while preparing toppings… Dough is touching arms, and employees hoody while preparing dough… It’s so disgusting! The customer service is terrible… Corporate and mangers needs to know of this… No one wears gloves at all! It’s truly terrible! Do not eat at this location

I placed an order online, and wanted to call and let them know I have a mushroom allergy and to please be cautious of cross contamination. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude and condescending. He replied “if a small piece of mushroom is enough to kill you, then maybe you shouldn’t order from restaurants that have mushrooms” in an incredibly tone deaf way. Ended up canceling because of how careless he seemed to be on the phone, wouldnt trust them with a pizza.

I ordered four large pizzas late Sunday evening, Father’s Day. Several people at my home commented how much they liked the pizza, especially the veggie pizza, all four were regular crusts. It was ready and waiting and staff was polite. Will be back!

Pizza undercooked and not friendly delivery person. As soon as I pick up the floppy pizza everything came off it was clearly undercooked. Called about it and all they did was offer to send out a new one or credit my account. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Best pizza, in my opinion, and you can watch them make it if you order there. I recommend ordering it online to and driving to pick it up cause then it will be done once you get there! There are no tables inside, so you can’t dine, but I’d say that’s how most pizza places are.
