Been ordering pizza from tazewell pike location for over 20 years. Always had good experience until yesterday Sat. Sept. 27. Ordered Buffalo chicken specialty pizza and large two topping. Buffalo chicken was almost burnt and crust was hard. Barely had toppings on it. Same with the two topping. It barely had topoings on it. Spend $39 for both. Disappointed with quality of pizza.

We were staying in a resort that was very large (over 1000 units). Our pizza was absolutely great and our delivery person did a great job of picking it up and finding us. He was so nice and his efforts were top notch. Would definitely order again!

This is my go to location for carry out and delivery. I’m less and less inclined to get any wings or chicken poppers considering this is a consistent issue. The delivery drivers are great and always nice. The people in store are great as well.

Considerably better than expected, because I tend to prefer nonchain pizza, so I have a bias. Pizza was hot, fresh, and very good! My delivery driver was very courteous and prompt. Whoever is running that place is doing an outstanding job. Would recommend!
