I ordered carry out and there was an unexpected error in the app. So I showed up and no pizza. Maybe the manager (not sure), analyzed what went wrong., fast tracked my new order and then upgraded for the inconvenience caused by the app. I’ve eaten more than my share of Papa John’s pizza and this was by far the best I’ve ever had from them.

Ordered an XL two-topping pizza for pickup. It was ready on time and hot. However, the crust was pressed very thin (except for the edge) and appeared have no rise to it. It did not seen over baked, but the crust was very chewy and tough. Perhaps they pressed a L crust out to make the XL pizza? The crust was not good. Since you pay for each topping that implies you would get more topping, not just the amount for one topping divided between two types. The amount of meat toppings I ordered were lightly scattered on this pizza. Pitiful. I will return to Little Caesar’s for a better quality than this at literally one third the price.

My favorite place to get pizza in Seymour. Managers are always friendly. Food is always excellent. One of the nightshift managers is so cute. I order just to see him sometimes, but worth it cause I get great food and to look at him through the window while I wait on my food.

45 minutes to receive our pizza, when we received it it was cold called back and spoke to manager and all we heard were excuses, we are busy, it’s raining blah blah blah. We ask for a refund and they said it would take 7 to 10 business days, it didn’t take 7 to 10 days for them to take my money. If you can’t deliver a hot pizza in a reasonable amount of time that don’t deliver to that area.

Food is almost always great. Although last time I went my pizza tasted a little overcooked and they left too much of the crust showing so the pizza looked smaller and had less toppings,cheese and sauce. Like they were skimping or they were new and didn’t know how to properly make a pizza. But overall my experience with this Papa John’s is usually 5 star . Nice employees, great food. I will say whoever made my bread sticks did an awesome job. Very delicious.

My order was left on my front porch. It’s 20° outside so as you can guess the pizza was completely cold. I received no messages, No knock on my door and no doorbell rang. When I called about this problem they hung up on me.
