Sat there for 25 minutes waiting on a DoorDash order. Right as soon as I get tapped arrived at store, the customer says they’re taking their sweet time. So I knew something was up. Then I tell the dude at the counter that I needed to pick up an order and said the name. He said, “It’ll be a minute.” Then got asked 3 different times what the name on the order was. I had to show them because they couldn’t understand what I said. Finally, after 25 minutes of waiting, the last woman to ask me the name came over and said that it was picked up, and then cancelled, so a Dasher got free food, and I got screwed on the money, because I didn’t deliver it. I hope the customer got his money back, including my tip, because my theory is, if I didn’t deliver the food, I don’t deserve a tip. He messaged me right when I was gonna call him asking what was going on. So I called him and told him what happened. I was pissed off and said, “So I wasted all that time waiting for nothing.” He said, “Just wish I could find a way to give you a tip for waiting.” I straight up told him, “Don’t worry about it, I’m not pissed off at you. This happens a lot more than you think. I’ve always gotta wait somewhere.” In all honesty, Papa John’s or DoorDash should’ve gave me cash for waiting. But I’m used to waiting, so I don’t dwell on stuff like that. And hell, if I would’ve got told that it had done got picked up, I would’ve been less pissed off. But 25 minutes? That’s complete bs. I just hope the customer got his money back

So first the good. Food was hot, fast and cooked perfectly. The pizza tasted the best I’ve had from this location. The bad? Three people from our group pulled a long hair out of their mouth while eating the pizza. I’ve had this happen before at different places. As disgusting as it is it happens I get it. People are human and for that I can look past it. But three? I feel like either someone is being careless and not wearing a hair net or someone is disgruntled. Whatever it may be I just wanted to put it out there for the employees and the location manager. If an act as such is deliberate and that can be traced back to the person who put it there and could come with criminal charges followed with the possibility of a lawsuit personal or against the company. That said I sincerely hope this was a rare instance and not a bad actor. Either way it makes me think twice about ordering from there again.

They can never get an order right, the last 2 times I’ve contacted customer service on their website, and they have never contacted me back! Pay $40 for pizza to be delivered and it’s always just a little warm. They never add extra cheese like I order.. I’ll just go to another establishment for my pizza. This location is horrible!
