I ordered my food online and by the time I made it there the website said it was ready. However when I entered the building it was very busy. Even with the amount of people in there, one of the workers in the back was able to help assist and I got my food in a timely manner. Afterwards,I drove home about 25 minutes away and then ate and the food was still really good.

It’s sad when they can’t put your sauces in a separate box and they mash them into your papadia. Such poor staff and management. They should have known better than to do that. And to top that off….. they forgot my 2 liter of Dr. Pepper. I know people get busy but that’s no reason for poor service!!!! I post ZERO stars. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

I wouldn’t even give one star to start with but, I had to just to leave a review. I orders the cheese sticks and they were absolutely cremated.I had to throw them away. Then I call the store only to get a very rude lady telling me that I had to contact the delivery service and they only handled people that placed their order through them directly. When I asked if they cooked it and burnt it, they wouldn’t acknowledge it because it was ordered through Uber. She agreed. Now I pressed the button to speak to a manager so, if that’s the type of management who is supposed to lead by example, then Papa John’s should just close their doors. I will pay extra from now on somewhere else. Disgusting!!!!l

Absolutely no good they need better employees people pay lots of money for food and the people that work at these restaurants don’t care but to make a dang pay check they don’t give two craps about what people have to eat absolutely disrespectful poor service for people no one shouldn’t go through this and the pizza was undercooked and we ordered cinnamon pull aparts for our dessert for our kids and we get stiff hard dry cinnamon pull aparts absolutely terrible on how they treat people’s orders!!!!

Ordered Philly cheesesteak…got hamburger on puzza!!!! Not a philly!!! Breadsticks 1/2 brown 1/2 overcooked. Wish I got a pic!! Disappointed $70 for 2 pizzas andbreadsticks. ..sorry not again…. do better!!!

Papa Johns used to be our favorite pizza but the past few times we have ordered we have not been satisfied. The dough and crust seem thin and hard no matter what crust you order, it used to be thicker and fluffier and they somehow always miss a topping, usually pepperoni. The wings are never sauced properly, they should fully coat the wings in sauce. We have ordered from Newport and Greenville and are not going to be ordering from another Papa Johns again. I will say they did remake the pizzas both times but the quality and taste and texture are just pitiful compared to how good they used to be.
