Can’t really rate the food since we never got it! Waited an hour and fifteen minutes before calling and we were told they didn’t have any drivers so door dash was to deliver it, said someone came in took the pizza and took off walking down the road with it. Didn’t have the decency to even call to let us know. We would have understood and would have just picked it up if we would have known there was an issue. Also called 5 times and couldn’t get through to anyone, finally called in as a new order and picked up right away! Terrible Customer Service!

I ordered at 6:45p. Original delivery time 7:37p. 8:05p still no pizza. After several calls, no answers, and speaking with people obviously in a different area code- transferred to someone that picked up at the actual location. No apology or no explanation on why the tracking app just conveniently stopped working after order was done. Pizza finally arrived cold and from a driver that was unapologetic. Papa Johns no more of my hard earned money- you’ve fell off from the highest to the lowest rank. Right next to Chef Boyardee!!!!! You obviously do not appreciate the people that keep your doors open.

A gluten free crust, cheese, with Roma tomatoes was terrible. The crust was burnt and brown. Seemed like canned tomatoes were used, if they were Roma, why wouldn’t they just be tomato slices like everyone else uses? See the photos. I’ve had this brand in many cities over the past few years and it’s been fine, that’s why I mistakenly chose it tonight. Why would anyone send this out of the store to a customer and not remake it? This is quite possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

Trying to do a door dash when I came in a little early because I was already here. Told me it what would be 10 to 15 minutes, totally expected that but . Came back in after 15 minutes and then she proceeds to tell me that would be another 7 minutes because they just put it in oven…. Totally outrageous ♀️

Driver was great, phone order was great, getting our full order…not great. Missing the sauces we requested. We even specifically told the CSR over the phone that we dislike marinara sauce and requested to replace them with different sauces. Labels clearly show what we asked for. Food was cold and hard, but thankfully we have a microwave in the hotel room. No receipt given by email, text, or in person.

My husband and I popped into this location on 5/10. While the service was quick (15 minute wait), the product didn’t seem to taste as good as the pizzas and wings from the Dalton, Ga store.
There was very little pizza sauce, a terrible aftertaste that I can’t explain, and the clerk was unaccommadating. After scanning my card for almost $60, I asked for blue cheese instead of ranch and extra garlic sauce. For 2 large pizzas and 2 8-piece wing orders. I was given 1 of each. And with an attitude. Next time I’ll keep riding on past and give my money to another establishment.

My pizza has now taken an hr and thirty minutes to be delivered I live approximately.8 miles away from here . I am a regular orderer of this place and this is the second time my pizza has been delivered in an hr plus . I’m right down the street . Will not be ordering here anymore … still waiting for the food while I put this review in

Ordered for delivery, showed an hr or more wait, I called the store to see if I could just pick it up. No problem since its only a few miles away. They said sure, removed the delivery fee, and I got a LOT of cheese.
