Unfortunately, we won’t be back. It’s a shame because we have always loved papa John’s but the quality and value just isn’t there anymore. Our last trip tonight, we found multiple hairs baked into our pizza. If that weren’t enough, upon looking through the pizza and pulling out hair, there was two different colored hairs. After thinking on it for a little while, this pizza had to have been dropped on the floor. In or near a trash pile. Only explanation I can come up with on how two different colored hairs ended up together in the pizza. I called and explained the issue. The gentleman on the phone said no one worked there with either color hair. I don’t know if that makes it worse or not. He did offer to remake the pizza, I declined because I live 20 minutes away and was at the table with my family. He did offer a free pizza in the future. That’s was kind but we won’t be back for it. Also, for icing on the cake, I went to throw the boxes out and there was even hair stuck to the stickers on the outside of the box.

I spent $44.00 on a pizza today. When I received my pizza, it had no sauce! I called and the manager refused to correct the mistake. He hung up on me! I was nice and asked him to make it right. I will never be doing business here again.

Unreal first time experience!
Get a REAL MANAGER that cares about customers!
OVER 2 hours waiting….
OVER $150.00 on 3 pending transactions on 2 separate debit cards!! Yes, not a typo, over $150.00 pending!
Solution was: NO Food AND I am to call customer service at Papa Johns to get my money back!?!
Did I mention there was Zero management engagement?
Staff calling their own customer service? One staff person went on her own dinner break only to come back and find me still there.
NEVER AGAIN!
Ever.
Will update if… “IF” we get our refundS…without having to involve 2 different banks.
Livid.

Even though I had an issue with my Pizza…(and I honestly thought it would be a lost cause to even complain after seeing the reviews) I am still giving a 5 star review based solely on the EXCELLENT Customer Service that I received from Manager Katie. She was extremely professional and more than pleasant to talk to…She was willing to make things right and at the end of the call just really made me feel bad for even complaining. I don’t understand all the negative comments about customer service…I will definitely not let one (corrected) human error stop me and my family from enjoying the Papa John’s Pizza we all love and I recommend that nobody else does either.

Google states that all papa John’s restaurants have a military discount. I went to this one and asked about it and willing to show my ID, the cashier just said no. Then he asked the manager who was just slouching on the counter and was playing on his phone who also looked up at me then said no again. Every other Papa John’s stores I’ve been in from Washington state all the way through to murfreesboro have all happily offered one unless they were already discounted from specials. The place looked dirty and un-kept.

The pizza I had ordered was hot and cooked as ordered but all of the four or five crew members were casually eating on the clock. I had placed a carry out order, walked into the lobby for pick up. They tell me sorry we are closed, yet the front lobby door was unlocked. And in the parking lot was someone’s car hood propped up! I can only assume it was’ perhaps an employee. Not sure.

Depending on the person working is how many extra peppers you’ll get when you pay /order ahead. No complaints though! Good food, fast service, will continue to go here for all my pizza needs!!
