I’ve known this was the worst location for years now but decided to give them another chance after 4 years but they’re still up to the same shenanigans! Ordered honey chipotle boneless wings practically sauceless and undercooked, barely any cheese on the cheese sticks and received thin crust pizza vs regular crust! I don’t have the time or patience to argue with those employees so I didn’t bother taking it back. Years prior it almost ended badly so I nah! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Honestly maybe the franchise as a whole, they’re disgusting!

My order totaled $71.86, which I understand is not an insignificant amount, especially considering the expectations of quality and service.
Upon arriving at the location—my first visit to this particular branch and likely my last—I observed a long line of customers waiting for their orders, including orders from Uber Eats. During my time there, a customer expressed dissatisfaction with the appearance of her food and returned her order. This situation was a clear indication that there may be underlying issues with food preparation or quality control.
While I am not ruling out future visits altogether, I believe that this specific location may benefit from review and reassessment, potentially by the owner or management team. I am generally disappointed with the quality, presentation, and care taken in preparing my order during this visit.

The last few times I’ve ordered form the app here they’ve been on it. Other stores seem to be disorganized at the counter, no one seems to know whose pizza is whose. Papa’s needs to clean this up because it’s a problem at nearly every store: the pizzas are made super fast and accurately, but unfortunately the point of exit at the counter is a cluster. However this store seems to be better than others in getting those pizzas out to the right people, I’m usually in and out of here fast, at least in my experience.

I have twice now try to get in touch with someone about the order I received on Friday the 18th. I ordered a shaqaroni and bacon cheesy bread. Both was about as hard as the cardboard they came in. The pizza had not one slice of pepperoni and it was burnt. The cheesy bread had absolutely no taste.

Update: after calling and specifically asking them to remember the add-ons we put in We finally started receiving them. But last night was a little ridiculous. (See pictures)
They NEVER give you anything you order as an extra, sauces, peppers, packs, whatever. It’s incredibly frustrating. The worst service. They should go back to using their own drivers and not Doordash.

Pizza was left outside my doorstep and pizza was cold the person on phone said he can have another pizza delivered to me or 50% off my next order. he seemed to be upset at me like it was my fault. Then he said he will refund my money and hung up on me. Please do don’t order from this place. Bad customer service and food was delivered like cold and looks like they dropped it.

Wrong order!!! I don’t get one of my 3 pizzas as I ordered. I make my own pizzas because I like to add more toppings and I pay extra for the pizza they lost I ask for a stuff crust with 2 tipes of bacon, jalapeños and pineapple. I revive a sausage pizza with a normal crust!! This is not for why I pay for. What’s the point of ordering extra toppings if they will just give me whatever the want. This is the 2nd time that this happens. The first time I stop buying this pizzas for almost a year. I thought they were better now but I see is the same problem.
