What is this? I ordered the cheese sticks and this is dough that’s so flat and thin, its crispy and barely any cheese on top. The pizza doesn’t have ingredients that reach where they should on the crust. This location has slowly been going downhill and I’ll just order from a farther away location from now on. Pizza is pathetic to spend $22 for pizza that I have had better frozen. I asked if they ran out of cheese and why is the crust 3 inches on it the toppings couldn’t make it closer to the edge. This is a disgrace to all pizza and if Papa John’s is going to charge a premium at least they could deliver on it.

This papa John’s is horrible ! They make excuses on there mess up instead of fixing the issue and making sure the customer is pleased it’s oh this and that . Just do it right the first time people mess up but all mistakes are fixable but they don’t like the fixing part . My pizza was not made correctly.

Tried the NY style for a football party last weekend. I would have never left the store with it if I had time for a remake. The dough hadn’t properly proofed before baking. I ending up with more BIG BUBBLES than edible pizza. Very embarrassing and disappointing !

Do not order any half and half because when you reach ur limits on toppings you they will give u a plain pizza and say you ordered it that way. And then want you to spend more money that you don’t have for another damn pizza never again will I order from this location unprofessional and rude
