Go to a different location for your safety and to actually get what you paid for. This Pizza was ordered with toppings on the whole Pizza yet you can see a clump of cheese on one side and all the toppings on the other side. My wife was up all night sick after eating this as well. I get it might not be fun working there but don’t make the customers pay for it.

I called The store for replacement pizza they sent it to me and set in on my porch did not ring the door bell call or anything. The driver stated they’ll refund me though.. My brownie is a bit undercooked, a long with one of my pizzas.. They’re constantly making mistakes. Wow. Ordered online 12 minutes after opening. Had pizza and wings delivered within 1hr. White guy driving Chrysler 300 delivered my order to my truck in the rain and had a great attitude and even made sure order was correct before leaving including packets and sauces. Delivery took 3 hours to arrive even though the app said 30 minutes. The driver showed up with the “I’m the only driver on shift” speech. I felt kind of bad for him, but if I am paying $50 for 2 pizzas for delivery I want decent customer service. Pizza chains like this have been in business for decades and should know that only having one driver is unacceptable. Don’t even offer delivery if that’s the case. I waited on hold for an hour trying to speak to someone at the store, they never answered. You can’t cancel an order on the app either. I refused to accept delivery, as I had already gone to Pizza Hut, picked up a (much better pizza), came home and ate it. I’m still going through hoops to find out how to get my money back. Carry out still works fine, but the whole point of ordering pizza is delivery IMO. Don’t make the mistake I made, or if you do, better cross your fingers!

Waited over an hour for the food and tracking still said 30-40 minutes. If you call the store, you get connected to a help center, not even anyone in the store. They just tell me the pizza says it’s making. They’re probably looking at the same tracking info I have so absolutely no help. I asked them to connect me to someone inside the store, and the store never answered. My pizza was never made, and I got disconnected 3 times trying to get a hold of someone in the store. It’s ridiculous to me that they outsource their calls. I will never order Papa Johns again.

Delivery took over an hour to come. It took 30 mins for them to actually start making my pizza. Mind you the app said 29-39 minutes. Only ordered two medium sized pizzas and live no more than 10 mins away. Honestly RIDICULOUS!! So if you’re in a hurry for a quick dinner this is NOT the location for you.

Even with Doordash as their delivery partner they take forever to deliver, and sometimes because the pizza don’t fit the Doordash delivery bags they are cold by the time they arrive. Only good thing is pick up i guess, but then there can be a wait. 3+ hrs, to get anything delivered.
