Go to a different location for your safety and to actually get what you paid for. This Pizza was ordered with toppings on the whole Pizza yet you can see a clump of cheese on one side and all the toppings on the other side. My wife was up all night sick after eating this as well. I get it might not be fun working there but don’t make the customers pay for it.

Wow. Ordered online 12 minutes after opening. Had pizza and wings delivered within 1hr. White guy driving Chrysler 300 delivered my order to my truck in the rain and had a great attitude and even made sure order was correct before leaving including packets and sauces. This is not just about this store. Papa Johns has changed the dough of their pizza and not a good change either! The “Original” crust is like flat bread very thin. Terrible! Then the pizza is cooked so long that the crust is hard and crispy and burned almost. Papa Johns use to be my favorite pizza spot but the quality has gone down drastically. Better ingredients/Better pizza huh that is questionable.

Twice now I have ordered a sausage mushroom pizza and the wrong sausage was put on it. However there are only 2 choice on your app… sausage… and Italian sausage. Ordered delivery on 10/11/24. When the pizzas came, we brought them inside and my kids grabbed what they thought was their pizza. They started eating and I noticed it wasn’t what we ordered. I then noticed that the pizzas had different addresses. The driver got the boxes mixed up. I called at 7:35 pm and spoke to the manager. She was very irritated that we opened one of the boxes because she had to remake it. She asked me if the other boxes were still sealed. Fearing further negative interaction with this manager, I said they are. Of course, that was after I resealed the sticker on one of the boxes. As a manager of a restaurant myself, I couldn’t believe that they were taking the pizzas that were in my house (one of which was opened) and delivering those exact same pizzas to someone. Terrible execution of problem solving on the managers part. Also, how are you going to get mad at the customer for your drivers mistake? Honestly, I have been a fan of Papa Johns for most of my life. That experience made me lose faith in how the business is ran.

Delivery took 3 hours to arrive even though the app said 30 minutes. The driver showed up with the “I’m the only driver on shift” speech. I felt kind of bad for him, but if I am paying $50 for 2 pizzas for delivery I want decent customer service. Pizza chains like this have been in business for decades and should know that only having one driver is unacceptable. Don’t even offer delivery if that’s the case. I waited on hold for an hour trying to speak to someone at the store, they never answered. You can’t cancel an order on the app either. I refused to accept delivery, as I had already gone to Pizza Hut, picked up a (much better pizza), came home and ate it. I’m still going through hoops to find out how to get my money back. Carry out still works fine, but the whole point of ordering pizza is delivery IMO. Don’t make the mistake I made, or if you do, better cross your fingers!

Waited over an hour for the food and tracking still said 30-40 minutes. If you call the store, you get connected to a help center, not even anyone in the store. They just tell me the pizza says it’s making. They’re probably looking at the same tracking info I have so absolutely no help. I asked them to connect me to someone inside the store, and the store never answered. My pizza was never made, and I got disconnected 3 times trying to get a hold of someone in the store. It’s ridiculous to me that they outsource their calls. I will never order Papa Johns again.

I have ordered from this store many times, and there has always been something wrong. This last trip had me feeling i should leave my first review. Ever.
Twice now, I have ordered extra toppings and got the normal serving.
It has come 40-50 minuets late twice now, dispite the fact that this time, I had delivery scheduled for 10pm, at 8:30 pm!! They had an hour and a half to sort it out, amd came 50 minuets late.
My pizza was barley warm when i got it, and the 10 donut holes i got only had 9. And the pizza was cut horrendously.
The drivers are nice, and the staff is polite. Their work is sub par, and they are too understaffed.
I’m sorry, but I wont be ordering from here anymore.
