This was my first time ordering from this Papa John’s location and definitely my last. I walked in to pick up my online order and wasn’t greeted at all. The guy at the counter just handed me a pizza box, said “online order?” and when I said yes, that was the end of the interaction, no smile, no thank you, nothing.
When I got home and opened the box, I was disgusted to find a long hair baked into the pizza. I have a pixie cut, so there’s no way it was mine. Completely unacceptable. Poor service on top of unsanitary food handling. Never again.

We’ve been living in the Boro for almost a year now, and let me tell you, finding the perfect pizza spot was quite the adventure! Thankfully, this app makes it super easy to customize our own special pizza just the way we like it. Plus, the delivery is prompt, and the food always arrives piping hot. And can we talk about the garlic butter? It’s the perfect dip for the crust—so delicious! Yum!

Papa John’s is consistently good, but today’s pizza was really strange. I couldn’t pull a pieces apart and I can’t explain why. Was it under cooked? I think the girl was working by herself this afternoon.

Unacceptable food. This upsets me that I found a SPONGE baked in my pizza. With a dining restaurant, this would be closed down within an INSTANT. Shame on you.

I am not a fan of Papa John’s Pizza but today I visited this location for a school fundraising event and while I waited for my order I was observing an employee, named Connor, working so efficiently. He was fast and very good at making the pizzas. I noticed that he was putting the perfect amount of cheese on the pizzas but what I really liked about this guy was how clean he is. Every time he went to the cashier, he throughly washed his hands. My family agreed that this pizza was delicious and because I liked how clean this place is, we will definitely be coming back more often.
Just, would like to mention that Connor is an amazing and efficient employee. This place is sure lucky to have him.

Ordered a Philly Cheessteak pizza and they literally left off the steak. I’d post a photo if it would let me. How does that even happen!?! Went all day without food so theirs no way I’m waiting on them to send another one. Very frustrating to be paying so much more for food these days, only to have them leave out the main ingredient. There should be a law that if chain restaurants want to hire nothing but teenagers, there must be at least one responsible adult running every shift and checking every order. This is just ridiculous. So over Papa Johns.

Great location. They seem to keep it very clean inside and the pizzas really come out great. Delivery is fast and dependable too. I’ve ordered a few times from this location and you can tell they tale pride in their end product. I pray they never change.
