No rating on service or atmosphere since it was delivery. Some of the worst pizza I have had in a long time. Dried out. No cheese. And it was cold when it got here. I order from this place every friday, and it’s very great! Almost all of the deliveries are smooth, and when they aren’t, the customer service is always nice and generous about it. I’ve also been to the physical location before, and the people were really nice!

Don’t know what happened, our first time ordering from this particular papa John’s, 1. The pizzas showed up to the house looking like the pictures below, as I called in the order. they couldn’t tell me what happened with said pizzas, I went to go pick up pizzas which were remade. And as I picked up the pizzas they looked correct but I am blind in one eye, as when I arrived home Mt wife told me the order was made wrong. To which we were told on the phone they won’t refund us. I will never do business with papa John’s again

Worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Ordered from there 3 separate times and each time pizza dough had barely even rose up. Most of the dough hadn’t fully cooked. Will never waste money on quality less pizza from this franchise again.

Ordered a large ‘the works’pizza, with half mushrooms.. this most have really thrown them off, 1/4 of pizza had nothing on it. I also ordered cheese pizza and cheesy bread which were fine but I was so disappointed that they even let this pizza go out

We typically have very good service when we order Papa Johns pizza, garlic Parmesan breadsticks as well as the cinnamon pull apart dessert…
unfortunately we can’t delivery, so we have to pick it up and bring it home.
This particular incident they were very busy and had lots of pizzas tacked upon each other.
I checked this when I got to my car ….
I was not happy at all to say the least.
All other occasions have been very good.

The customer service in this place was amazing. I walked in and everyone was super spunky, and in a good mood.
Nice change from most places these days.
The pizza is easily the best of any fast food place and this pizza tonight was made perfect and tasted perfect.
If you are going to go to chain pizza, pick this place.

Family just ordered pizza. Wanted to give more stars but was not satisfied.
Reason: ordered spicy pepperoni rolls. Supposed to have 8 of them but got 6. Asked for Buffalo sauce. Gave me 2 spicy garlic sauce (ick) and stuffed half of all 6 rolls with jalapeños. Not sure if they are supposed to have this many jalapeños stuffed in them for all 6 rolls.
So not happy with advertising 8 but get 6.
Then frustrated that they tried to supplement the buffalo sauce with 2 spicy garlic and lots of jalapeños.
There’s a reason I didn’t want spicy garlic. Don’t like the taste.
That is why I gave them 2 stars this time. 🙁

Tried calling was on hold for 20 minutes been trying to get a hold of someone about this “well done” pizza. No answer on the manager line. No answer on order line. I ordered well done and got a half cooked pizza

Ehhh this location is ok. The pizza is good not great. I used to like doing a carry out order because it’s on the way home, but no one comes out to the pickup parking spot when you click in the website that you’ve arrived. So then when you go in, they ignore you. I just get the sense that the employees are unhappy so they put little to no effort into making someone’s day better. If you need a basic pizza, this will do.
