I order square cut ,the cashier did offer to remake it but it said no, but once I got home I notice the pizza was not cut correct, with some of the slices being really big the pizza falls apart so I had to cut the pizza myself !!!

I had been a very long day and though cheese is not usually something I do very often we decided to be lazy and naughty and order pizza. We went with a thin square cut veggie extra onions as it should be and added some pineapple. I was surprised that she ordered the large chocolate chip cookie also. It was dinnertime in Wednesday night and the app said up to 69 minutes. I feel it may have been a bit longer, which is not a huge deal. The pizza was most tasty, sadly it and and the desert were barely even warm. I and most people will agree that is a bummer for sure. I reckon it happens, just unfortunately last night was that night. I enjoyed it though they would have been much better hot, or atleast warm.

This location manager a female that hung up in my face after addressing she the manager and her manager name. The location accepted my online order just to call 20-30 min kater just to tell me they not accepting online orders because their system were down. I should’ve been contacted immediately especially since my order was 40+ dollars if your system down how were you able to cancel my order I pay for that I now have to wait 5-7 business days to receive a refund I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Ordered at 4:56 p.m., got the order at 5:56 p.m. after taking said 5:55 after tracker said 5:30-5:40 and the Papadias were burnt not cold. Didn’t get the sauces that were supposed to come with them or my extra sauce and order of pepperocinis. Called and got, “a manager”, no actual name given but they’re supposed to remake and resend my order. They did credit my order but really? DoorDash drivers are screwing your business. Seriously!

Absolutely despicable service. They sub-contract delivery to door-dash and I had a 30$ order that took 1 1/2 hours to get to my house but that wasn’t a problem as I’m understanding to the business on a Saturday night.
