I ordered two large pizzas, cheese bread, and a brownie. Everything was hot and fresh. The cheese sticks are my favorite on a pastry like dough and a buttery cheese oh, so, delicious mouth-watering masterpiece.
The pizzas were hot, and the cheese covered the entire pizza, except the crust, which was exceptionally good.The brownie well, with ice cream, needs no explanation.

If I could give them a -1 I would. To start I placed an online order for an epic stuff crust pepperoni pizza and wings for delivery. It stated the order would be delivered by 8:30pm then it went to 8:49pm and then to 9:26pm. Once the gentleman delivered my order after waiting and now starving, I open it to see it is THE WRONG ORDER. I take it up to the store since it’s not far and the door is locked. I see a worker and he doesn’t come to the door and shakes his head no and tells me to go away. I try to explain to him that the order delivered was wrong and he was not hearing it, he continues to wave me off and tells me to leave. Another customer arrives to pick up a order and he gets the same treatment along with a DoorDasher who was there to pick up an order for another customer. The DoorDasher said the guy working was the only one there and decided to lock the door and not take any more orders at 9:45 pm be a it was just him. I understand being overwhelmed with orders especially being the only one but customer service should remain at the forefront and the way he talked to me through the door was past unprofessional and unacceptable. I never expected this from this store or this company. Done with Papa John’s.

Well the pictures show you i don’t understand how you work at a pizza place yet can’t cut/ aren’t even what so ever. I called because whoever made my pizza forgot my cheese cup and put in a garlic cup i never ordered and smashed it inside making the box and pizza soggy. This is how they did me and had the nerve when I call to have a rude tone as if I did this myself saying “uh huh sure” after I said I could provide photos, and then after saying they’d replace it in a rude tone as I went to say “I hope I don’t sound rude, the manager hung up in my face”. Needless to say I contacted higher ups online and am leaving this hear. I bought this for co workers and now my boss is pisssed because the building smells like garlic. Thanks papa johns.

Absolutely terrible pizza. First mistake I made was ordering at night. The pizza I had wasn’t even hot yet I still ate it because I don’t like taking food back cause people do messed up stuff to food returned. Ordered from this Papa John’s. It took twice as long as estimated, which frankly isn’t that big of a deal…it happens. But they used DoorDash for delivery. Apparently they didn’t provide my number to the driver. The driver never showed up, and then apparently just decided to leave my order at the bottom of a random stairwell outside. I checked my building and the closest one and it was of course nowhere to be seen and once the driver hit that it was delivered his phone number disappeared, so I couldn’t contact him. Definitely will not bother ordering from them again.

Terrible service. The delivery driver ignored my instructions and left my food sitting inside. She claimed to have rung the doorbell, but she never did. When I brought it up with her, she was rude and disrespectful. I reported the issue to the manager, who offered a discount, but I made it clear that wasn’t what I was looking for. Train your employees better! The manager didn’t seem particularly concerned. As a loyal Papa John’s customer, I’m deeply disappointed, and you’ve just lost a valued customer.
