We ordered the Shaq O Roni and this is what we received. First pizza was burnt, cold and no pepperonis to the edge of the crust. When we called the lady told us that we had to order it that way. Confused since that is what the advertisement showed and why we ordered in the first place. They did send us a new pizza that was warm but still not the accurate description as advertised. We still gave the second driver a tip and showed him the picture and he said that is way over cooked. They have lost our business. Sad since I loved their pizza.

Way better service here than the Papa John’s on Broadway. The pizza here was perfectly baked and the garlic sauce was actually thick and creamy as opposed to a cup of yellow liquid. Sadly they don’t deliver, and they’re a little far for Eastern Gallatin but this is the go-to for Papa John’s in the area.

The first time we ordered pizza here a couple weeks ago it was at like 8:30 at night and it’s was literally the best pizza we had from anywhere that we were so happy to order again 2 nights ago.
DISAPPOINTED was an understatement. Its was horrible. So we actually order pizza at 5:30 that night and my girlfriend when to pick it up this time. She said when she got there there was nothing but kids working there. She brought the pizza home and there was absolutely no cheese and the pizza was so tough it almost broke my tooth. I even had to cut the tough pizza by myself because they barely cut the pizza. I will NEVER order here again and this isn’t the first time I heard bad things about this location. I hope they change things soon and start getting people in there who actually want to work.. Otherwise this location should honestly shut down because if your employees can’t make a simple pepperoni or plain cheese pizza.. why is it open in the first place?!

Ordered at 3:15pm for a 5:30pm delivery. It is now past 7pm and there is no one answering the phone, manager line goes strait to unavailable, and tracking has been disabled after the 5:30 delivery expectation. This is not the first issue with the store, but definitely the one that has pushed over the edge. Lack of management, lack of ownership, overall mismanagement of a franchise. Seems like it’s ran by a nepo baby that hasn’t learned responsibility and doesn’t care if it’s ran well or not. Still going to make money but doesn’t care if the brand is tarnished due to the dollar bill.

I Asked for peppers Because I ordered it Which is on the receipt.and it was not in the box, I asked him can he please grab them for me Thank you, He was training a girl at the front and told her if somebody asked for these peppers, grab a handful., And he meant it.The guy took his bare hands without washing them or putting on gloves and grabbed them and put them in a box for me. He was very sweaty, and I am Very disappointed to have seen this Guy in manager position Doing this. The pizza barely had any toppings on it at all. Looking like just the regular Cheese Pizza. This guy is going to run everybody off. We will not be back To this specific Papa John’s. If they are doing this in front of clients, what else are they doing behind our backs?

Just wanted to drop a quick note thanking the General Manager James for a very timely reply to a complaint I made. There was a significant delay in my delivery tonight but he replied promptly, explained what happened, and promised to get to the bottom of it. Additionally, my order was refunded and I received a coupon as well. When my pizza did arrive it was still hot and delicious.

We ordered a specialty pizza tonight (BBQ Chicken Pizza) and it was delivered with basically no sauce, completely dry and lukewarm. That’s one thing – but called the store an told by an associate that “it comes like that..” ..We’ve ordered Papa J forever, and pretty familiar with what a good BBQ chicken looks like. This wasn’t it. Worst of all, the line disconnected when we questioned the response … When we called back to ask the manager, told we could speak to them, but were put on hold with no return. This location doesn’t show a great customer experience, lacks professionalism, and willing to lose a customer over a single $20 pizza. Will do myself a favor from here on out and switch to a competitor like Marcos and Fairvue Pizza right down the street.
