Food is great always,but I stood in front for a out 10 min before I was finally noticed by the employee that was goofing off with a coworker. The driver came in and walked past me without asking me if I needed help or getting the attention of the other coworkers

To start this is why I don’t like to give a tip online before I have any interaction with the staff and servers. I’ve never had a more rude experience in my life, picking up pizzas. The pizzas look delicious, but the lady working was the most obnoxious, rude and dismissive server I’ve ever met in my entire life. I wish I would’ve gotten her name so I could post it. She asked for my name. I gave it to her. She acted like she couldn’t understand what I said, then she literally dismissed me when I tried to give her my order number and then gave me a smug look and said nothing when she handed me the pizzas. I will never order pizza from this establishment again

This store can’t get it right…ever. I have given too many tries. Lady gave my daughter the wrong order-different last name- land when she brought it out to the car I told her I didn’t order that many pizzas. She took it back in and the lady got upset saying that our order was much smaller than the one she handed my daughter. Now today, ordered online for pickup. 7:02. Said to come in between 7:23-7:33. At 7:33 they stated the order won’t be ready for another 20+ minutes. I’ll get the pizzas when they are ready, but I’ll save myself the headache and not come back here again. There have been a couple more issues but these are the two that will stop my patronage at this location.

I’ve lived my life this far under the conclusion that any pizza is a good pizza, I’m not a picky eater- but tonight I was finally proven wrong.
My husband ordered extra sauce, just his preference and ours had slim to none. It was so, so dry. Being a levelheaded couple we simply called to inform the staff that our food was wrong, just as you’d do at any restaurant, and after explaining Alisha, the employee who answered, she responded with “ok” followed after by a lengthy silence. My husband and I simply looked at each other like… uh… and I spoke up like “we would like another made and corrected one would hope” and she said “I was just replying ok to your complaint.” At this point, we’re not going to fight about pizza, so we hung up. We could tell she had an awful attitude and that just makes the whole situation awkward. Who wants to go back to pick up their corrected order when that’s the interaction you’re looking forward to. Our mistake? Being a customer. I guess that won’t happen again. What a shame.

This was the worst food ordering experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order at 6:40 PM with a pickup estimate of 7:17 PM. I arrived at 7:30 PM and was told my food (one pizza and cheese bread) wasn’t even in the oven yet. I ended up waiting until after 8 PM. Several other customers came and left frustrated after being told the same thing. One man said he’d been waiting 45 minutes for a single pizza. When I asked for some compensation for the long wait, the GM initially tried to void my order and not give me my food. I insisted on getting what I paid for and expressed that other stores would have provided better service. The GM, Emily, told me everyone else was waiting an hour too and they wouldn’t do anything about it. On top of the terrible service, a worker with a heart tattoo near her eye was making pizzas without gloves or a hair net, then handling money without washing her hands. Completely unacceptable. I will never return.

Ordered from here instead of Domino’s due to not having my wallet and their online app allowing Google Pay. Got wings and two large pizzas totaling 52 dollars. The wings were great and one of the pizzas was alright, but in what world is it okay to have 2 to 3 inches of crust.

I ordered original crust which is not flat and hard. They did not even taste like it used to. They also forgot to cut 2 of the 3 pizzas. It is mid day and they was not busy on a Monday.

Ordered this through the app. When did they stop making pies round? I asked for grilled chicken? There is enough here to put in the palm of my hand to eat as a snack. I ask for Alfredo sauce as my base. Where is it at? What i see is red tomato sauce. This is not a pie. This is a disgrace of John’s pizza. Please put more effort into making his Pizzas please. I will be reordering in a month to update my review. Thank you have a great day.
