This location is absolute trash! One time they messed up my husbands ENTIRE pizza and refused to redeliver. 2nd time they promised a free pizza, never provided. Now this is what I received and requested a refund for that for not being satisfied (bread dried out, and wings not even fully sauced). The manager only offered 25% off next order We WONT be ordering from here EVER again! Sad how this location used to be so great, but now TERRIBLE!

I ordered my pizza on the app for it to be square cut then, I called the store and asked them to make sure they done the square cut and the female said no problem, I will make sure it’s square cut. So I pick up the Pizza. Believe it or not they did not square cut it

This is a tough one. I ordered 30 boneless wings and 2 pizzas. My husband and grandson went to pick it up. When I opened the chicken one piece had trash on it, a string and a wad if some black fibers. I called and spoke to the manager and ask her to ask her employees if they dropped the chicken. She immediately said the person that picked them up dropped them. She said there was a trail on the road along with the paper that goes on top. My husband is adamant about not dropping them. I tend to usually believe him. I guess I won’t order from there anymore. He picked them up at the window. If he dropped them they would have fallen at the through window.

Usually not one to complain, but after several sub par experiences I have to say something. Not looking for a refund, just want people to consider other option. My pizza had way too much cheese that wasn’t even melted all the way, the pizza over all wasn’t prepared well, and it wasn’t even cut all the way through. Also there was so much grease in the garlic knots box that my seat was covered in butter. I don’t want to gamble with my money on Papa John’s anymore. It’s not just this location or even this state. It’s just not as good anymore.

First thing first my door dash delivery driver was amazing so I will not blame her or door dash for this, i had purchased a Pepsi with my order they didn’t give it to my door dasher, I wasn’t upset bout it . But as soon as I bit into the pizza it tasted weird so I looked the pizza was still doughy , I personally talked to the manager, she completely said her oven was working perfectly fine the pizza looked perfectly fine she is the one who made my pizza personally. I never the one to complain but this was unacceptable. The door dasher came back with a drink but not the drink I ordered but she was amazing for atleast trying . HORRIBLE SERVICE

Ordered a Shaq a Roni. I didn’t look at it till I got home. All advertisements and pictures show cheese and pepperoni too the edges. As you can see in pic not so! Did taste it. It did have more cheese not more pepperoni but still disappointed with the end result. Not all the way too edges as advertised!!!! Also don’t live in town so it would be a other 30mil back to store.

I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for over 10 years.
All deals are now on the app and a foreign call center.
Called to speak with a manager when the app glitched and wouldn’t let me check out for four tries and 20 mins trying on my phone.
They cannot redeem any deals in store or coupons.
I want to speak to a human, get the same price across the board , and just order a pie.
Y’all just lost my business to Marcos over the phone at full price for the same meal and was 4 bucks cheaper…..
The pizza is great btw.
Keep farming out your work to other countries
And see how long you’re in business.

I would give a five star a year ago but now it isn’t being around the same and it’s just not a good quick place to eat they are understaffed their wait times or atrocious but a different Papa John’s may serve you better cuz the food is really good a lot of the employees are awesome but I don’t know about the management side. That was my experience you should see for yourself and maybe better for you.
