DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. At least 4 times now my order has taken more than an 1.5 – 2 hours.
Manager was nice enough (thank you!) to cancel my order when the pizza I ordered around 6 to my house in crieve hall off hogan – was showing to be off the coast of Nigeria at 7:42.
Pizzas are usually good though if they can figure out delivery logistics..

Employees are very RUDE. I walked in and they just rolled their eyes and ignored me. Not my first bad experience at this Papa John. Many times the order does not go through or the pizza arrives 2 hours later cold. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed, it was not like this years ago.

This location in Brentwood is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Ordered online, delivery time kept changing – then switches to door dash delivery – 1 1/2 hours late. Called the store to check on order phone just rang & rang never picked up, selected a different prompt to talk to manager phone rang picked up put it on hold over & over again never answered, called back to main store selected order pizza prompt & of course picked up, inquired about my order said I need to connect you to the store – transferred me & phone rang & rang never answered. Do Not Order From This Location!!!!!!!

Had the Buffalo chicken pizza with stuffed garlic crust. The pizza was amazing and the service was quick and convenient. I called in the order and in 15 minutes it was ready to be picked up. Most definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Goodbye, Papa Johns on Franklin Road. This place used to be on point every single time for quite a few years. This past year, however, things have changed. I do not know if it is new management driving employees away or a new business model, but the DoorDash partnership has ruined this place.
At one point, I could order two-to-three pizzas, and no matter what time it was, a Papa Johns delivery driver showed up, typically twenty minutes ahead of schedule, and the pizza was always great.
The new normal for this store is that their pizza tracker will give you an estimated time for arrival. You watch the tracker go through the steps–making, baking, preparing–and when it gets to On Its Way, the fun begins, and you receive a message that DoorDash will be delivering your food, and, as an added bonus, your estimated time of delivery jumps another thirty-to-forty five minutes or longer depending on which person has your food.
Two weeks ago, after waiting for about 100 minutes, our pizza arrived. It was not hot, did not have that just out of the oven taste. It was disappointing.
Last night, I ordered two pizzas and the same thing happened. As I continued to watch the DoorDash estimated arrival time increase, I called the store to cancel my order. After listening to some unintelligible shouting between two employees, I was told my order had been cancelled.
I’m not sure why Papa Johns has decided to partner with DoorDash, but there are other pizza places in the area who use their own drivers, and I will be ordering from them going forward. I hope this store turns things around with staffing in the future or the model changes. For now, I’m out.

Ordered pizza via phone. The system is automated. No human interaction. The total bill was inaccurate. Called customer service, and the person could not figure things out.
The pizza was not tasty. Had asked for banana pepper toping – what they put were julepeno peppers – very hot – had to remove all peppers from pizza.
The pizza was mushy … It looked like half-baked. Could not lift the slice to eat – had to use fork and knife.
All in all, it was a very disappointing experience – from ordering to eating!
