Terrible customer service. Placed a mobile order and got an email that said it was ready. Went it and was told it would be another 20 min. I waited 20 min then was given the wrong order. He blamed me for placing it at a different store when I was at the correct store I showed him the email confirmation. He was very rude and had an attitude for no reason.

Stopped by this Papa John’s while in Columbus. The lady in the store was nice but serious. Ordered the new pizza sandwich the Papadia. The sandwich is smaller than I expected but still is decent size and it was good.

I was coming off from work and was getting ready for pizza night. I ordered through the app, Large Pepperoni, Sauce original, Light cheese. The sauce was original because whenever it’s marked extra, the pizza is limp. I didn’t realize till I got back home that there was barely any sauce at all. I always hop to have an adequate amount on my pizza, and now it has made my expectations from Needs Improvement to Poor. I was able to find sauce at the house, so it wasn’t a total bust. Overall, Papa John’s could do better.

We ordered nearly 100 pizzas for a corporate event and had them delivered for lunch. The order was delivered exactly as provided to them, and the pizzas were hot and fresh as if they all had just been removed from the oven. Staff was also super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely use this location again!

I’ve used this Papa Johns a few times as I’m rolling through town. The food is good, times are fast, and they are always chicfila respectful. My only issue and this isn’t on anyone in the store is the price, $51 for a specialty pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and some garlic knots and that included a $4 discount. It is my favorite pizza though lol I guess I’m just used to the 2014 prices when the same was about $32.
