Stopped by Papa John’s and had a great experience❣️ I ordered a 12” Original pizza with Italian sausage, beef, onions, and jalapeños, plus a side of garlic sauce and pepperoncini. Everything came out fresh and hot, and the flavors were really good especially if you like a little kick. The toppings were generous and the crust was just right ✅️
The staff was super friendly when taking my order, and everyone there was kind and welcoming. The whole process was smooth and quick. Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving pizza. I’d come back again

Unpleasant, did not greet us, made pizza without gloves and forgot to give us what we requested when we ordered. We reminded him and he made me wait while he made 2 whole pizzas before he got me the item that I ordered and he forgot to give me. Horrible attitude/customer service

First attempted to order a pizza online from the Papa John’s website. Got a weird error message and could not complete my order. So I Called to place an order before the advertised closing time. Even offered to pick up the pizza. I was told initially they were closed. Then I was told the kitchen closed at 10 PM. Last when I persisted and offered to drive to the store to pick up the pizza, I was told that the store was unable to take an order over the phone for carry out pizzas.
In all fairness the young lady who took my call was very polite and professional…

I ordered a veggie pizza from the Papa John’s on North College, but they accidentally gave me one with chicken and pepperoni. Since I don’t eat those, I couldn’t have it, so I called them back. The manager was super kind and understanding, and he quickly sent me the right pizza. Things like this can happen, but the way they handled it really showed great customer service. The new pizza was fresh, hot, and exactly what I wanted. Really appreciate how nice they were—I’ll definitely keep ordering from here!

We ordered from papajohns today and we are so upset with the product! The food was late and extremely COLD everything was incredibly disgusting! Our pizza had hair backed into it as well as our cheese bread! Two different color hairs. It was white and then a black curly hair! We are papajohn lovers! And the only pizza place we order from! But this has discouraged us from ever ordering from here again! We did get a refund after the manager who almost was accusing me of lying so I offered to send photos and she said no that’s fine. She stated I can give a refund, but that about all I could do. She never apologized not once! She didn’t care at all. I honestly don’t see how she is a manager at all! Worse thing is that I didn’t notice the pizza had hair until after I had eaten it all almost I have kids and could only imagine how many hairs they might have ate before I took it away! Horrible manager horrible delivery driver.. papajohns need to really look into who is running this location!!

Food quality is horrible. Please explain how do you order a pizza with extra cheese and you barely get cheese. How hard is it to put cheese on a pizza. I’ll mKe my own pizza next time before I waste my money. The taste was bland also.

My order was a large pizza with pepperoni WHOLE and sausage on the left side… from the picture you can see that we did not get what we ordered. I am very disappointed that someone made this pizza and was pleased with their job. Papa John’s I will never order from this location again because I will not pay for something that I know will not be correct. Obviously I still ate the pizza because it’s food that I paid for but I’m leaving this review so other customers know that they will not receive the correct order. If you are going to work in a restaurant then you should make the food as if you were receiving it but the employee that made this obviously does not care about their job.
