I stopped by here to pick up pizza for a friend. She told me to get the New York style pizza for 12.99, so I assume the toppings were already selected based off the pizza she ordered. I get to the window and tell them which pizza I would like to order and he mumbled “what toppings” I told him I was sorry that I didn’t know and that I would just park and come inside. Once inside I tell him that I would like to get all meat on the pizza and he tells me that it will be 23 dollars and change. So I’m like wait I thought it was supposed to be 12.99 to which he again mumbles something about a specialty pizza. I tell him AGAIN that I would like the one for 12.99 and again he replies “what toppings” so I ask how many does it come with and he says 3. 3!!!! So I tell him which 3 and he then tells me my total is 18 dollars and change! Tax isn’t but 10% in this town so I’m wondering how did I get from 13 to 18. While waiting for the pizza to cook (because how can you even argue with someone who you can barely hear speaking) I go online to see what the special is for this pizza… 12.99 WITH ONE TOPPING! I’m fine with one topping, what I’m not fine with is someone who doesn’t care enough to do their job correctly. I guess it doesn’t matter though because it’s no loss to him! I won’t be coming back that’s for sure!

Best Hawaiian pizza I’ve ever had.. ordered the super Hawaiian specialty pizza… service was great, the staff was friendly, and courteous… not much of a seating area but I suspect most people do takeout or deliveries… their menu has changed… gonna try out something new next visit… thanks PPJ

So I had never ordered pizza from papa johns prior to this location, and this location has converted me to solely purchasing pizza from papa johns! My order was taken by the manager Raven Moody, who had the kindest disposition and manner that I have ever encountered. I just wanted to say thank you to the kind staff for keeping the store clean even during a global pandemic! The pizza tasted emmaculate and they were even super considerate enough to avoid putting mushrooms on my pizza, despite my life threatening allergy! Raven and his staff will never fail to amaze me with their hard work and dedication to the Papa John’s chain and they deserve nothing but the upmost of praise and recognition. Thank you for such a pleasant and amazing experience! 🙂
