I haven’t eaten papa John’s in a long time. However, the pizza was pretty good. I was surprised that they actually put extra sauce on my pizza. Most of the time, you ask for extra sauce only to get…. NO Sauce on your pizza. I will be coming back and will write updates. I showed up five minutes after the completion time and it wasn’t ready. But the pizza was fresh and everything ordered was on the pizza.

The pizza maybe good but they don’t use gloves. This is a health hazard. People wonder why their getting sick and here is one reason for it. I watched this girl touch food with her bare hands and wipe her hands on her clothes then back to the food. Also, it’s sad to know people come to work unprofessional. Some people don’t want to see this when they come get food. It’s a turn off.

I placed an order for carry out but my truck would not start. I called the store and the manager went above and beyond to get me my order! I can’t thank them enough. Best service hands down!!! I wish I knew her name! She was amazing.

I placed an order for delivery and the driver left my pizza and drink on the front porch of my home without ringing the doorbell or knocking. The food was good but I will never order from them again. You shouldn’t have to leave specific instructions to ring a doorbell or otherwise let the customer know that their food had arrived, and all that after leaving a 25% tip, Never again.

We ordered pizza at 5:30pm. It was not delivered until 8:00pm. When the food arrived it was cold. The tracker stopped working so we called the store. When we asked the status of the order the person on the phone was rude. Zero customer service. No discounts, apologies, or offers. This is probably how the guy on SpongeBob felt when they forgot his diet dr. Kelp.

terrible customer service buy 1 particular employee. got no order no refund and cussed out for asking to many questions. hung up on numerous times due to asking for a corp number.no return call from manager of store. i finally gave up after numerous calls to the store.

If I could give a 0 I would! We ordered 2 pizzas tonight and 2 hours later we had to call to see where our order was! We were told it left the store . When the order was delivered the box was not sealed and the seal was not broken and the pizza was cold! We called the male said he sealed the box ! A female got the phone had a nasty attitude and hung up. We will never order anything!

I had been waiting for this open since the first time I saw the sign. I use to always get my pizza from Papa Johns when I lived near one. So it has been several years.
Anyway I am really hoping I just got a one off because I was really disappointed. The pizza was not good at all. No sauce on it. Was little bit of sauce that you could actually see was cooked so therefor it was dry. You know how sometimes the crust will bubble up sometimes and push through the cheese and toppings. Well mine had about four of them and they were big. The Pepperoni’s most of them looked overcooked, almost burned. It looked like it had been sitting for a while and I only live 5 minutes down the street. I went home from there without any stops.
I mean a hot and ready pizza from Little Caesars was much better than what I got last night.
Considering how long I have wanted a pizza from Papa Johns and how long it has been since the last time I had one. I was so let down. I guess its my fault for not checking. I am usually pretty good at checking before I leave. I guess I just remember the pizzas I use to get from Papa Johns years ago. They were awesome. The only problem is if you do check before and its a bad one. You tell them and they offer to make a new one. There is usually always those people that take it personal and get mad. Then you get to worry about if they are going to do something to it now.
The place was nice, clean, and new. The person who took my order over the phone was nice. Thats what the two stars are for.
