I didn’t like the fact that when you order a pizza someone in Philippines takes your order now. I asked what country they are in and surprise they are not allowed to say! A month ago I asked the lady on the phone where they was and she said the Philippines but this week they are not allowed to say? Why not be transparent? Because you don’t want your customers to know your outsourcing jobs. All the millions that the CEO makes but can’t hire locals to work for them. Call up there and ask the person what country they are answering from and they will not say. You can’t be deceptive with peoples food. You tell them the truth and then they can choose if they want it. Deception is bad business.

It says delivery but not by employees you have to order through door dash. Essentially this means you cannot use the app or your points without an abundant amount of extra work. The district manager that approved this location evidently did not take delivery insurance into account before approving. A lack of preparation on your behalf does not constitute an emergency on mine. Leave it to me to move close to a papa johns that can’t deliver and I can’t use the app or my points. Permanently done with papa johns not because of food but the lack of delivery without a 3rd party. Not interested in anyone other than the restaurant I order pizza from handling my pizza. Pathetic Pizza Business model. Papa johns pizza is great too bad the store is useless.

Horrible customer service. About a month ago, we placed an order online for pickup. When we got home we realized they gave us someone else’s order (their name was even on our box). I called back and spoke with a female manager and was told that they couldn’t give me a refund since we ordered on the app. They offered to remake it but we didn’t have time to go all the way back up there so she said she would link a free pizza to out phone number. Whenever we were ready we could just call up there and they would see the notes when they pulled up our info…. so we decided to give them another try, I called to place an order and explained what had happened previously. Not only were the notes NOT linked to our phone number, but the “manager” set the phone down while she discussed it with the other “manager ” and apparently they were unaware that I could hear their conversation where they basically both called me a liar. Needless to say, we placed an order with pizza hut instead and they were extremely thankful for our business!
