Pizza was majority crust, sprinkle of toppings and hardly any cheese. And they were kind enough to add a rotten pepper in the box…eww!! Pizza sauce tipped over and spilled in cheesestick box and lid wouldnt close. She didnt even try to close the box just handed it to me. Sauce spilled everywhere on the half cooked cheesesticks and she says “oh, want another sauce?”Every employee was sitting down when I walked in so obviously making pizza was an inconvenience tonight

Figured out why they have a low rating can I get some cheese on my pizza next time and maybe some mushrooms that we paid for . Paid for extra sauces didn’t get those either so make sure you check if you pickup from here.

I ordered two pizzas and an order of cheese sticks and got the email & text order was received and being made , I never received anymore texts about my delivery, when I checked the tracker it did progress and actually said it was out for delivery, for like 30 minutes, then I checked it again and it said it was delivered…it was not . It is 12:30 A.M. and I never received my order or any further communication regarding the order

This location has trouble following simple instructions, such as “Square cut”. Also, they must be having financial issues because the toppings were…..sparse to say the least. Crazy for a 50+ dollar order.
Also they have trouble checking the sauce cups to make sure the seals are not broken.
Fairhope Location is sadly better. I will travel there next time I want pizza.

They received the online order 15 min after I placed it. All the staff were just standing around. Except one young man who was so kind and courteous. Even when pizza was completed I never received online or text updates.

Ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese, light sauce, well done. Got a whole pepperoni, heavy sauce and not well done. The label on the box was correct but the pizza was not. This is simply having staff not taking the time to read the orders correctly. One thing I could overlook, but for all three requests to be wrong shows a lack of caring. Last time here.
