The family had a coupon for a free pizza. Ordered a BBQ chicken bacon papadilla also. The food was ready on time and it was good and hot. The customer order phone number was very nice but took a second to communicate what we needed with the coupon. What I would expect from a big chain pizza restaurant when they are doing what they should.

I have ordered pizzza at night . When i reached there it was around 10:40pm for picking up my pizza . Today is Tuesday 18th nov a person with bread . He didn’t even responded me . There no proper customer service at all. I am not feel bad that i did not got my order. I actually feel soo disrespected for his behavior towards customers. He could simply come and say we are closed . By looking at me . He turned off is open sign button. This is not at all fine . I would request the management to take action.

I tried to make an order online, filled out all the information and it never would let me hit place order so I called No one answered, I called again no one answered, I called a third time, No one answered, I called a fourth time No one answered. This is my second review on how awful this place is I wish I could get in touch with the management but no one will answer the phone. Very very poor service

Very poor service. I placed a pickup order scheduled for 5:00 PM. It’s now 5:50 PM, and they are still asking me to wait another 20 minutes. The confirmation email also showed a different pickup time than what they are now telling me. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend placing an order at this place.

Ordered delivery service was best part ofexperience. Food is lacking in quality. Cut requests not followed. Brownies not cooked well a step away from being runny inside. Brownies are supposed to be cut in 9 pieces was cut into 12 small pieces. Crust still doughy after requests well done. Lacking flavor.

I recently ordered three pizzas from Papa John’s, and unfortunately, one of them arrived with the incorrect toppings. Mistakes happen, but what made this experience especially frustrating was the response I received when I called to address the issue.
The person who answered the phone insisted the order was correct, despite clear evidence to the contrary. Rather than working to resolve the problem, they were argumentative and dismissive, saying it can’t be wrong because he was the one who made it. I was told the pizza would not be replaced or refunded, which was both disappointing and unacceptable from a customer service standpoint.
I’ve been a customer for years, but this experience has made me reconsider future orders. I hope this feedback leads to better training and a stronger focus on customer satisfaction.

Perfectly cooked, followed delivery notes & fresh pizza! A bit pricey. 17$ for a small is a bit crazy . But the food was good and I have no complaints on that.

Liz and the other young lady are rude. They made my pizza completely wrong and then when I called the store, they said I didn’t order from there maybe from Pike road. Then I give them the order number because it was delivered and they said they had no deliveries for tonight. Then she tells me I ordered from Pike Road again. Then I give her the order number and she says she still can’t find. After about ten minutes she says I’ll look it up by the phone number she finds it and yes says oh no you didn’t order it with pepperoni. Needless to say I asked for a refund because on the box and my receipt it clearly says pepperoni with cheese and not just cheese. I get to the store nobody speaks but you make a sly remark when I walk in then comes to the front and screams for Liz. I’m assuming Liz is manager. She first speak but says you only get back half because you kept the cheese sticks. What pissed me off is instead of just saying I’m sorry your order was wrong you wanted to try and act like I didn’t order the pizza at all. That pissed me off.

I usually deal with this location frequently. I called tonight to place an order. Well a guy answered seemingly in frustration by his tone, so I asked if i could place an order. He replied “place it with the call center I have a lobby full I can’t take your order” rushing me off the phone. I then asked may I speak with a manager he said he was the manager “Jerry”. I will not be dealing with this location again his service was unprofessional and unpleasant. Also being that his was the manager I’d hope his horrible attitude doesn’t rub off on the employees. They seem more friendly and polite than he was.
