Wow —Called in a to-go order, and despite the store being busy, our pizza and cheese sticks were ready in just 8 minutes—hot, fresh, and delicious! The staff member on the phone was friendly and helpful, making the process smooth from start to finish. He even added a coupon bc I had a previous issue (not even from this location). Great service and great food—highly recommend!

The management and staff in the store is not very helpful. I ordered carry out on March 3, 2024, and lady at front messed up their pos system. I was leaving a tip on their pos and was charged $23.65, then the lady had to cancel order, and she charged me $18.65. She was screwing up order. So she charged me twice. So here is some advice, do not pay by card at this store. Use cash.

Ordered on the Papa John’s app for delivery. After placing the order received a notification that order was being delivered by Door Dash. Received notification on tracker order was picked up by dasher, and gave eta of 6 minutes. ETA continued to increase out to 36 additional minutes. Texted driver to inquire why the extension and was told she had to pick her daughter up from work and would be on the way afterwards. I called Papa Johns spoke with manager and was told my problem was with door dash and not Papa John’s. Once the order leaves the store it’s on Door Dash.

Ordered 2 pizzas; and the food was delicious! Staff was very helpful when I called the store to make a minor adjustment as the online system doesn’t allow you to ask for a double cut on the pizza. Delivery driver was nice and practiced social distancing! Thanks Papa Johns you all have redeemed yourselves in my book

I ordered 2 large pizzas and a Parmesan chicken bites the pizzas were super thin crust hardly no sauce dry and the Parmesan chicken bites tasted old they were dry needless to say my money was wasted it wasn’t worth eating maybe better next time
