Pizza dough was very raw ended up being nauseated while eating it. All the toppings were mostly underneath the cheese mixing with raw dough so it was basically sloppy and gross. I’m not trying to be mean and I understand people go through things but I would hate for anyone else to have this experience. I personally would put the toppings above the cheese so the pizza dough would cook through completely.

Wouldn’t deliver a pizza to LBS, who had missed lunch and his little stomach was growling. Simple instructions – put pizza under hedges. Also completely ignored request to pick up FairLife milk on the way and pour a large bowl for LBS. I explained that I was willing to pay extra but to no avail.

Papa John’s in Gadsden off Rainbow Drive. Attention owners or management of this pizza establishment, which I believe is PJ Cheese. I strongly recommend that you closely monitor your employees at this establishment. Approximately a week ago, while waiting for my pizza, I observed an employee with long red hair repeatedly scratching her face and brushing her fingers through her hair while applying toppings to pizzas. Furthermore, I would like to bring to management’s attention that relatives and friends of this pizza establishment are conducting deliveries on behalf of Papa John’s without being official employees.

*BEWARE OF SCAM*Used to like Papa John’s, but I will never go again! Go to Attala!This happened on 9-20-24 I bought 38.70 in pizza use my card online but when I got there I decided to buy four 20 oz which was 8.76.the girl at the counter blonde who calls herself a manager rang me up three times telling me that my card did not go through.said it was a computer problem.Before I left I decided to check my bank account online I showed her she charged me $8.76 twice on top of the $38.70 This “Manager” rolls her eyes and tell me I was wrong it was a computer error. There was nothing she could do I would have to take it up with my bank. I went to my bank immediately since it’s right across the street.at the time I only saw two charges. The bank said if it was a computer error it would automatically come back the following day. Two days later I see 3 charges for my drinks plus the $38.70 in pizza. Needless to say I will be seeing the bank in the morning. But will never come to this location again! Watch your money here Folks!
