Normally the best and most consistent Papa John’s in Huntsville/Madison, getting them around noon on a Tuesday was a waste of time and money. As unappetizing as the pizza looks in the pics, it was less pleasant to attempt eating. The crust was rubbery and chewy with every bite, rendering the pizza essentially inedible. I almost walked back in to request a refund when I looked at the pizza in my car, but I thought it wouldn’t be worth the effort and would at least be adequate. Yet, here I am leaving an essay of a review and trying to reach out to online corporate support to get a refund for wasted time and money…

Ordered a speciality Tuscan 6 cheese pizza with a stuffed crust. Received a normal cheese pizza with stuffed crust. It looked like the picture attached with this review. This Papa John’s store that made and delivered the pizza could not resolve the wrong order as it was ordered through Papa John’s website, according to them. Very disappointing transaction.

My husband accidentally placed an order to this location and it sat for over 35 minutes. When we arrived and shared with the staff what took place, they kindly remade our pizza. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and delicious pizza! Thanks so much!

If it weren’t for papa dough, I would’ve had to pay $27 dollars for a pizza and some cheese bread.. I’ll start off by saying that the pizza it’s self isn’t that bad, its enjoyable but for the same amount you can get 2x at dominoes. I’m not nagging but an $18 dollar medium pizza that is no thicker than a plastic fork just isn’t the way to go, my suggestion is to make the bread thicker!

Was a pretty regular Papa John’s customer, will never order from them again.
Ordered a pizza, half an hour after it was supposed to arrive it was marked as delivered with no pizza in sight. Called the store, they said there was an error and they would refund me and get a new pizza to me. An hour and a half later, finally got a cold pizza. On top of being two hours late and cold, they didn’t refund me like they said they would. Called the store multiple times over the next week, never got ahold of someone once. Went through online customer service, they told me they couldn’t do anything and to dispute the charge with my bank, so having to go through that now.
Story short: promised me a refund on an insanely late and cold pizza, didn’t give it out. In a multiple week long process to get the refund and the store refuses calls.

Had an absolutely amazing experience, and wonderful food prepared perfect to order. As soon as I walked in to pick up, I was greeted by Keith, and he was so fantastic and friendly and also so helpful as well. It had been a while since I had been to any Papa John’s …. this will definitely be the one I’ll be returning to very soon!!

My husband placed an order on Thursday for a pizza. It was very under cooked the crust. They did give me credit for another one same day but it was the same exact thing. The crust was doughy. I had to throw it out. This happened before and before I realized it was under cooked I was sick as a dog. We will be taking a break from Papa Johns. We are there at least 1 a week at that very location for years but taking a break from this location. Employees were very sweet. Nothing against them just not sure how a Pepperoni pizza gets under cooked. Thank you
