I don’t know if it is just this store or PJ’s in general but the area of the pizza that is getting toppings is getting smaller and smaller (see photos). Also, I ordered some honey mustard and cream cheese dipping cups and didn’t get either one. (They jipped me on the dipping cups on my last order too) I also asked to get honey mustard with some chicken I ordered bur got the ranch instead. I probably won’t be ordering here again.

Paid $90 (before $15.00 tip) for four pizzas, 10 additional sauce cups, ordered at 9:30 am online. Set delivery time for 12:00 pm and needed them for a meeting. Pizzas were still not delivered by 12:30. Checked order and tracker, said it was being delivered by DOORDASH. Pizzas were delivered COLD at 12:45, no additional sauce cups. Pizza did not look right and was not cut through. Waited twenty minutes on hold at three different times today. Absolutely terrible. Why be open if you’re not going to offer satisfactory service?

Went there on 12/29 at approximately 12:30. There were three employees in the store. When I first entered the female employee asked if I had a pick up, I said no I still had to order. She did not take my order, just proceeded to make a pizza. A second male employee comes up to the front, also does not take my order. He proceeds to make a pizza. Now here is where it gets gross. His pants were half way down his butt and were filthy. He is spreading out the dough with no gloves on. Wipes the bottom of his nose, wipes his hands on his pants and then continues to make the pizza. Still no gloves.
There was a Manager also there seated at the left side of the store, who also saw me, did not acknowledge me or take my order. I know this was the manage because the male employee asked him about company policy and he turned his head to answer, and saw me, but still no acknowledgment.
So I left and will never ever return

This has to be the best Papa John’s I’ve been to people are so friendly had a problem paying but, the managers had a very good way of handling the problem. they were very professional and did everything in store policy in the best way they can to help me. The kindest people you’ll meet with great customer service and pizza!

Ordered a pizza at 6:58pm. Didn’t get it until 8:02. I specified no contact and they just left it on the ground with nothing underneath it. They didn’t even wait until I answered the door. None of the food I ordered was hot and the pizza looked like it was carried vertically and most of the toppings looked like they were just dumped in the middle of the pizza.. ALSO, I am unable to leave this comment on their website due to it not recognizing my order number. When I called the store to inform them about the food being left on the ground, the lady I spoke with was very impatient and kept trying to talk over me. I use to love Papa John’s, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. If I do order from them again, it won’t be from this location.

Now another business is taken over by a 3rd party which you have to order thru. Three of their customers standing outside at 10:50 wanting their order. Then the employees cut off the lights off. One of the customers paid on line, no food. The other was a door dash delivery worker and a Papa John’s manager from antother location. The person in charge was so rude and cussed the African American lady and threatened to call the police. It was an absolute nightmare. The employee aka. manager, said call corporate.

I had the worst experience at this Papa John’s location. I came in, paid for my order with a card, and showed proof of the transaction. I simply asked for change for a $50 bill so I could leave a cash tip. Instead, the cashier rang my order up twice, and after all the confusion, only gave me two dollars back — leaving me nearly $100 out of pocket for pizza.
To make matters worse, when I tried to address the issue, the cashier called the manager over, who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and confrontational. The manager started cussing and even threatening me, which is completely unacceptable in any business, especially over something as simple as a tip.
This was my first time at this location, and it will absolutely be my last. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and no accountability. I’m shocked and disappointed that Papa John’s would allow this kind of behavior to represent their brand.

Ordered my pizza at 5:34pm was told 15 min. Got to the store at 6pm order was still on the machine to be made. Was told had to wait another 15 min. Store was empty – poor management.
