My kids love Papa John’s. This location is always on time with fresh and yummy pizza. No complaints from the kids. The only thing I would improve is sometimes the orders do not have what was asked for. Other than that this place is great! We also use the Papa dough which adds up with every purchase. It helps keep the price affordable for us.

All of the women at this store are very hateful! I was accused of treating Elizabeth poorly when she was rude to me when I came in to pick up the food I had ordered. I’ve always gotten a discount here as I’ve been ordering here for years and one day I was informed that I was no longer able to use it. I was not given a reason as to why but Elizabeth said her manager told her not to give out any discounts…. I’m like okay well I don’t have enough cash to pay for the order so OF COURSE I was flustered. I came in to place an order a few days later and when I asked the manager about it I was told that they “don’t give discounts to people who treat their employees poorly”. My attitude changed when I was told I couldn’t receive a discount I had gotten two days prior; there was no explanation initially but now it’s because I treated an employee poorly? I was NEVER asked what happen for me to become upset or even my side of the story but it’s automatically assumed I was in the wrong because she’s “ going to believe her employees that have been there 10 years over the customer”. These ladies are rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, lack empathy and are very clearly uneducated on how to resolve issues with customers. I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone. If you want your day ruined, by all means!

I wouldn’t normally review on a pizza place that I can get anywhere. But
Listen, we order about once a week, and this has been BY FAR the best pizza we have had. It’s never burnt, cold, or even ugly. It’s the perfect melty and delicious every single time. The delivery drivers are awesome as well, super personable and kind. I am never disappointed! Keep up the great work y’all!!

Ordered pizza today and it reminded me why I quit buying from papa John’s: minimal amount of each topping including cheese, really pathetic, never buy again. I predict the demise of this location and maybe the entire company (if this practice of skimping on toppings is company wide). I think this location has already lost business since my order was delivered in record time; I think is an indication of almost no business. And that lack of business is well deserved!!!!!!!

I literally bypass 2-3 different stores just to come to this one. The employees are ALWAYS nice, and the food quality is immaculate. That wasn’t the case today. There was a totally different group of employees working.. my order was not made right- which NEVER happens- so I called the store. The employees I spoke with were VERY nasty, and wanted to argue with me over a mistake THEY made. As a regular and loyal customer, this is excruciatingly disheartening. I guess it’s hard to KEEP stellar employees these days .

I live fifteen miles out of Athens! I was going home out of town so I ordered a pizza an extra large Shaq-a-roni. I get home and the pizza has no sauce and it wasn’t cut. I’ve never had a problem with Papa johns before but that’s last time I’ll buy from Athens papa johns.
