This is the best Papa John’s location. They know me by name there because I eat here so often. I love that they actually take the time to care about the quality of your food. It isnt ever burned which is one thing I dislike about other pizza places I have to ask others to cook it lightly but Papa John’s never disappoints! Nice folks and best pizza!

We ordered online thru the app. The special was 2 – 1 topping pizzas for the price of 1. PaPa John’s has specials available only online/in app so it’s worth downloading their app! The pizzas were hot and, for the most part, really good. However – there could have been more pepperoni on each of them!

First time ive ordered the works, i dont like mushroom sub with more sausage, didnt want ham so sub with banana peps. When I got home noticed there was no black olives. They offered a remake said that would be fine 2 nights being tonight well ate one piece notice this one has ham and no banana peps. Im not going to call again I dont feel like they will get it right.

Ordered on-line and came by to pick up. Got there at 7:20 pm attempted to go thru drive thru and no one responded even after blowing horn lightly. All doors were locked so had to go back thru drive thru and wait till someone came to window. Guy was nice so don’t blame him. Store is under staffed leaving only one person working the store to do everything.

Paid $26 for The Meats / well done crust with extra cheese. It arrived almost raw with two inches of crust all the way around with no toppings or sauce. Very few toppings on entire pizza. I have had $5 frozen pizzas with more toppings. I had to cook it in the oven at home for ten minutes to get it done.

Will , the manager is super rude . Kept making excuses. I called because twice my order has said picked up and it wasn’t . I literally checked it at 5:50 said picked up and it wasn’t !! I called , put on hold , tried to explain to Will this has happened twice and he kept interrupting me . He said well it was cashed out at 5:54 , I said well that’s weird bc I have a screenshot that says picked up at 5:50 then he says it was picked up at 5:45 . I said which one is it ? I said I’ll tell you what I’m calling cooperate Monday and letting them know you guys are cashing out orders as ready and picked up before they bene physically picked up . He said they won’t care as long as you got your food , I said I did . That’s not the point , point is what if I didn’t pick it up and the food wasn’t there either .
