They refused to deliver to my hotel room, which is why I call for delivery. The driver told me it was their store policy. Delivery to my room is so I don’t have to get out and break concentration on my end of day work. Then when I complained, the general manager lied and told me that it was the hotels policy that they could not deliver to room. I verified this with the hotel, as I have had delivery from other places before. The hotel confirmed they had no such policy. What would they do if I delivered at home. The hotel is safer, there are cameras all over it. Will not order from them again.

Totally on point….. they do everything right. Earn that papa dough and it’ll get cheeper. The manager is awesome to and knows how to run a business. Keep up the good work!!

I typically always order from this location and everyone is always super nice! A few nights ago i decided to order some pizzas around 6:30, i knew it would be a minute since that’s dinner rush. I had a 31-41 minute timer and it was done in about half of that! The pizza was delicious and looked great. Everyone who worked Sunday night on Jan. 22 deserve a raise!

Placed a delivery order tonight to be delivered at the Holiday Inn which is the hotel I am staying at for my son’s baseball tournament. I always use the App to order from them as we are a frequent customer back in my home town. Contacted the store after I had waited and hour and 10 minutes and spoke with the manager. He stated to me that my order was on its way and the driver had two more deliveries to drop off before mine. I stated to him that according to your app my pizza had been ready over 45 minutes which means when you finally deliver mine it would be cold. I told him I wanted a refund and he could cancel the order. He said he would and hung up on me. I called back to ask about a confirmation of my order being cancelled and asked why he hung up on me and he stated it was because he had to call the driver and then he hung up on me again. I called back again to ask for his name and a confirmation that I would get my money back and he said they don’t do that and then he proceeded to hang up on me again. Absolutely terrible representation for Papa John’s.

Yes I was in Hoover and we recently moved to Titus Al. Well after shopping I was going to run and order a pizza from poppa John’s since it was next door unfortunately he was rude would allow me to order from my car even now I have never ever seen someone refuse service like this it’s truly rediculous I will not be back here

All my food was cold I will never order from papa John’s again. I ordered my food at 5:51pm and didn’t get my food until 7:30pm we called twice and the lady manager was so unprofessional and rude to me and my wife . I should be getting a full refund. We order and spend money with papa John’s all the time. But after this one it will be our last time. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us I could have spent that money at least in a restaurant and had hot food for me and my children. This company should be ashamed of y’all’s self and learn how to run a business. Here is my receipt
