They need to figure out their delivery system. Ordered a pizza for 7 pm delivery. At 7:20, called got a message that they were running behind.Subsequent calls went straight to hold, or were hung up. Finally got an alert that Door Dash was on the way. Received cold, stale pizza at 8:35. Last time we try Papa John’s!

I ordered pizza for our office from this locations and the pizza was ready when I got there! The food was delicious! There was only one employee working in the whole place! And she was working hard taking care of customers.
I really needed a reciept but she could not get one because the machine did not work and I needed for my employer.

Bro you have got be kidding me… I have never left a bad review but at this point soneone has to do something because ordering delivery is a complete waste of money at this location. I have ordered 3 separate times and they have continuously gotten worse in hopes of them getting better. Pizza is never cut properly, always under cooked and soggy, just a mess.

Called me 15 minutes before close to tell me they straight up would not be making my order, no explanation besides “they had to close early”. I could tell it was a total lie. You just did not want to make my order. The “manager” Tony shame on you, the laziness is above and beyond. Still have not received my refund. Wish I could give negative stars.

Ordered pizza on August 20th for a draft party August 23rd. When I arrived in the 23rd to pickup my 5 pizzas they were closed. I’ve had to call different days multiple times and have talked to some guy. The store manager knew this order was scheduled since she helped me swap it from delivery to carryout….they changed my card and I’m still trying to get my $ back.

Trash! First 6 months was okay. Now they rush delivery options through the oven. Gets to you with undercooked dough etc. Order within 2 hours of closing and you will be told sorry we don’t have that size or some toppings. Or we can’t make it. I happen to know they do this because they will prep dough etc and decide not to make anymore. I had a pick up order and it was drama because I didn’t leave a tip. Tip! Not picking up and not for the service. Not happening. They opened a dominos just a mile down the road. Save yourself and go there. Now this location is closed due to “maintenance issues”. Yea because nobody came in and the franchisee will not come in and work. Just let it stay closed. I have inside knowledge this is BS. It’s so bad I don’t understand why corporate doesn’t see the numbers and look at all the other reviews. Just sad.
Update, I was around the store all day and nobody came to work or fix maintenance issues. But today, somehow, everything is working and store is open. It’s a bad location with bad employees and bad ownership! Stay away and maybe we can get something better to take over this location!

The pizza was sloppy. All the toppings were piled in the center, not distributed to the edges. We called and they were rude. Not the quality or experience I expect from a Papa John’s.
