If I could give negative stars I would. This is absolutely ridiculous and this is not the first time we’ve had an issue with this location. We once ordered from there and took over 2 hours to get our food and when we called they kept hanging up on us. Papa John’s you got to do better!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. My friend and I sat in my car in the parking lot trying to place an order and was put on hold over and over at least 7 times while workers stood out side talking , two other workers stood around talking in side and one sat on ground. We left and drove to Crestwood Dominoes Pizza. But not before I took pictures. This Resturant needs to be either shut down or all employees replaced with people trained and ready to work…12 thumbs down

Called and ordered a large supreme got this small pepperoni instead. Tried calling to add to order got told the order had already left after only 10 mins. Called again to place a new order got told couldn’t had to press #3 did that twice it was the same guy saying samething. Called again pressed #5 for manager same guy answered said he was manager. Me and the wife decide to order a late dinner and I picked a pan pizza something new haven’t tried it before. Well i older the pan pizza with light sauce but I wasn’t aware that the pan pizzas has its own different kind of sauce that is thicker. So I was calling down there to complain but instead the Guy that answer the phone explain to me what happened apologized and gave me some insight instead of blowing me off. It’s Friday, March 17 10:05 PM I don’t know who I talk to and I didn’t catch his name but I thank him whoever he was for being a normal person about it!! The five stars go to him and the delivery man for also being a normal cool person!

The pizza is like 3/5 or 4/5 most of the time. But the people working here are at least like fr 10/5. They don’t always answer the phone, but when they do – always nice and know whats going on.
I wish there were more drivers, the wait time for delivery can be awful. Sometimes pickup is just easy.

I ordered a medium the works pizza, cheese sticks , and cinnamon pull aparts. The pizza and cheese sticks were a bit over cooked, but they still tasted good.
The cinnamon pull aparts were more than a bit overcooked. Burned cinnamon does not taste good. One bite of one pull apart was all that was eaten. So, half of one pull apart. I ordered 10/23/22. Spent over 30.00 with tip.

I have been ordering via the app and getting my orders delivered from this location for 3 years, only to place an order today and it get canceled with no call as a reason to why it was being canceled. I have never had a problem with this location until today. When I called to see why my order was canceled, I was told that I am outside of the delivery rage?! While asking questions trying to get an understanding as to why they couldn’t deliver to my address all the girl could keep saying was that I was outside of the area they can deliver to. I asked if they made some type of update that wouldn’t allow them to deliver this area and she stated that she didn’t know, but she called her GM and they told her that I would have to get it delivered via doordash or go pick it up. It’s very disappointing that they don’t notify there regular customers of things like this or that the app would let you place a delivery order to a store that doesn’t deliver to your location.

I came to this Papa John’s tonight to get a pizza. The door was locked. It was only like 9 o’cloc I saw the sign said they close for takeout at nine, so I got on the phone. A Caucasian male answered and I said hey I’m the guy that just tried to come inside. Should I order a pizza online? or can you take my order over the phone? This guy acted like he has some kind of problem like he was wondering why I’m trying to order a pizza and I’m outside and he acted like he didn’t even hear me talking on the phone because there would be long pauses when I asked him a question, I just took myself over to Crestwood because I didn’t like his attitude over the phone and why didn’t he tell me I could go To Crestwood if I needed to Do Takeout I guess he just didn’t know their lobby was open still but he didn’t seem to be very helpful at all
