Pizza is fine, but don’t bother ordering sauces or sodas. They deliver with door dash now and I’m 0 for 4 on anything additional that’s not in a box. Also dont bother calling to have anything corrected, your lible to be left on ring.
I will applaud them for waiting the additional hour till they found a driver to cook the food.

I’ve been ordering from this particular location since I moved into the area which is 2 years and the service is good food is good delivery is good. I enjoy contributing to our local businesses within Hayden and warrior. Thank you to the staff at this location of Papa John’s. The Warrior location.

called because there was no sauce on our pizza. we were super nice about it and the “manager” answered calling me a liar and freaking out on me instead of just apologizing. I qaa willing to come there and show her the dry and somehow salty pizzas. I would have settled for a cup of sauce to fix them myself. very rude and sadly I won’t be returning while she’s there. the other staff has always been so friendly and the good has been amazing until she started there. she hands down is ruining the store. this is a small town and there aren’t a lot of options here so this is a bummer for a buisines our family has supported for a long time. I’d like to edit i worked at papa johns in dothan before so I know tleverything they are doing here is wrong.

Order online if you want a pizza delivered, Do not call the store to order! I got put on hold and was forgotten about, then the girl I talked to couldn’t understand a simple order, I had to keep repeating myself. Then I received very burnt pizza! It should never have left the store. I called again to have it remade, and was put on endless hold again! After 10 minutes I hung up and called again, and spoke to the manager who FINALLY began having my pizza remade. Now it’s 10 PM, over 1.5 hours after I ordered and we still have no pizza…. Placed a future delivery at 5pm for 7:40pm delivery. Here we are past 8 and it just says still making. Actively waiting on hold for a refund for 10 minutes as I type this. I do not want my food anymore. It’s time to put my youngin to bed. What a joke.

I placed an order and when it was delivered it was burnt around the edges, the pizza wasn’t even cut and to add too that the garlic butter they sent was opened and had ran all over the box. I called and spoke to the manager and she said she would give me credit on my order and when I called today they said they had no record of it. See the pictures. I spent $62.00 dollars and they act like it was nothing.

Ordered Pizza today with bad experiences in the past. Ordered my pizza through the Papa Johns App at 17:13. App initially advised the pizza would be ready in approximately 120 minutes.
I initially thought all hope was lost..
At 17:53 the driver delivered my pizza fresh, hot, and contained quality.
Shocked that they had improved from past experiences and cut the ready time in half, I felt they deserved a positive review.

I needed a good pizza before they closed and can’t complain about the food as I ordered about an hour before closing. I know the workers wanted to finish and close so I was happy with the friendly service provided. I tried using a coupon over the phone but their system wouldn’t take it. Fortunately, the worker volunteered some other deals that were perfect and I had a great pizza to take home and end a long day. I won’t fault them for not being able to use the coupon as it was the computer system and the worker found a solution to the problem that worked for me. I think all these companies are pushing their online apps for ordering and I’m not a fan. I prefer my pizza with real people not a dumb app I have to thumb through and do the work I used to do when I worked at a pizza place in my younger years. Anyways, great food, nice workers, and fair prices. I’ll be back as I’ve ordered from here before and always have a good experience.

Never ordering from this store again. Going on 2 hours and still no delivery. My wife ordered online, the delivery time was set at 30-40 minutes. The store is 10 minutes away (9.2). My wife called asking about our delivery, the website said that it was delivered, she was hung up on twice. Food finally got delivered 2 hours+ after ordering and there is hair in the box
