The ultimate pizza didn’t have half of the ingredients it used to have on it. The New York style pizza tasted like a cardboard box pizza. Little Caesars pizza tasted better. Your paying over$35.00 on pizza it should be able to be ate. The pizzas didn’t have the garlic butter sauce or the pepper with them.Who ever cut them didn’t cut all the way thru the pizza. And the New York style pizza wasn’t even cut right they halfway cut thru it and cut little slices in stead of the big slices you can’t fold in half to eat. That is if it was good enough to eat.

Pizza and breadsticks spot on. Wings was wrong called to tell them. Steven called a supervisor and said they wouldn’t fix the mistake. Kept trying to tell them they made the wrong wings even said I would bring them back and let them see they said no. I came up here anyways because they said no refund or anything they look at them and say yeah these are wrong we will fix them. But after my wife walked out to wait on them to fix it you could see the employees talking crap about their mess up. Just admit your faults. I’ve been a gm and we are human but not making it right is why your business is hurting. I know this place is hurting because a kid told me that the last time I came here

How about the last time I had an issue that I requested a manager contact me about the order twice. And never received anything via phone call or email. This time the order was picked up from someone who wasn’t a driver and not from DoorDash. This is ridiculous, a $60 order is handed to some random person and I have to deal with the mistake. The order before that was so bad that made me sick was never even addressed. Papa johns is a joke as far as customer service is concerned. You won’t be contacted, or have someone try to take care of an issue from them. Don’t order from this branch

Mr. Charles was wonderful!!! He was unhappy with the driver door dash sent due to their poor attitude so he took it on himself to personally get our food delivered just to make sure we would be happy with our experience. Beyond amazing customer service! Thank you Mr. Charles!!!!

Pizza took almost two hours to get from placing order to delivery. Was told it would be 30 minutes. Called to check on my order twice and was put on hold about 10 minutes both times. Then they just stopped answering the phone altogether. Employee answering phone disconnected me twice during the ordering process. Had to give her payment information ALL over again because of disconnection. Too much trouble and hassle for a mediocre pizza.
