Awful and rude! I called back to let them know that they got my order wrong AGAIN and I specifically told them to not mess this one up please! Instead I got an attitude in return for their mistake. I’m done with this pizza place.
They only offered half off to order a new one. Should have given me a free pizza for the inconvenience.

Terrible. We gave a $10 tip plus a $5 delivery charge and they never knocked to let us know it was here. The order was left on the hotel hallway floor. We waited about 2 hours so who knows how long it was out there and how many people went by our food on a dirty floor. When I called to check on the order I was told typically they leave the order at the door. Without knocking? Terrible have to throw 2 pizzas out $55 bucks of cold gross pizza.

Turns out they put the wrong pizza in the box, found once I got home. Ordered a chicken, bacon, pineapples, and got whatever was in the photo. No compensation was offered aside from me waiting in the entrance for a remake.

Call your customer before making swap decisions like this, first I didn’t need 5 garlic cups and I don’t appreciate paying extra for something I can not eat. I ordered the cheese cups for myself because the garlic sauce makes me sick. I would have asked for something different.

I had the responsibility for ordering pizza for a party for 60 people. After research, Papa John’s offered the best price for what they offered. They were a great hit. I had two little old ladies eat 4 pieces of an extra-large. They were exactly on time, perfectly hot. and my order was perfect. My compliments to this business, I dealt with Michael and Zach and the service was wonderful The young delivery gusy could not have been nice. They made new fans tonight.
