I was very disappointed with my pizza. There wasn’t enough cheese to cover the top, which is unacceptable given the high prices customers are paying. I expected much better quality.

Sadly, we can no longer order papa johns. They don’t have delivery drivers anymore and use DoorDash or Uber eats; both of which have drivers who care less about my pizza. When we have a PJ craving we just hit one of the other 100 pizza places nearby.
We’ve lived here in PSL since 2008 and have been customers since our early days here. Sad to see franchisees take these shortcuts. Especially when it means losing out on customers and having to give refunds.
We got one that was completely tossed and cheese was in a pile. I didn’t take a photo of that one…I was furiously trying to get a refund and my husband just chucked it in the garbage. Added one that still kind of looked like a pizza.

Normally this location is good but unfortunately they missed the mark for a very expensive pit and 3 out of the 8 slices are no good with the large bubble.

I order from here at least once a week with 5 kids and sports at night. The pizza it’s self is good if they could just stop making mistakes. Every order averages $60 plus dollars so when frequent mistakes are made on my order I want it fixed. I get attitudes when I call or their giggling on the phone. Tonight’s order made it here in less than 30 minutes but my Hawaiian BBQ pizza arrived a regular BBQ as you can see. I was then told we can make you a new one but it’ll be at least and hour and a half. Great so here it is 10:30 and I have a cold Hawaiian BBQ pizza. The driver was amazing the drivers are always great he asked what the problem was and if it was something he did. I always order in app so there is no confusion on my order. I wish I wasn’t stuck to one location for delivery.

I used to own a Papa Johns in Ohio, my first time at this location, my pizza was at least a 95/100 (that’s how Papa J’s scores then). Ordered on a Sat night with extra sauce & well done, when any pizza place is busy one or both of these might not be done. Dough late I’m the night (it’s 9:25) can set out too long – resulting in too think (too doughy) crust not the case at all. Papa crust is fermented like I fine wine no sugar added though fermenting adds sweetness. Papa won’t serve dough before day 3 not after day 7, never frozen but kept at 35 degrees and brought out of cooler till 52 then back in each day. This was really good day 3-6 dough well prepared. Cheese lock could e been tighter hence not a 100 pizza but darn close! Nice work plus Evan at the end of the night smiling – genuine smiling faces! This is how EVERY Papa Johns should ge, nice work y’all!!!!

My pizza was editable. Kind of. I ordered an the works, but my pizza seemed very lacking on toppings. There was toppings in the middle in a small pile. And to be honest it wasn’t very tasty either. I’ll stick with dominoes from now on.

“Nobody gets 2-liters.” That’s what the delivery driver told me when I asked why mine wasn’t there. I showed him my order proving I ordered a 2-liter of Dr Pepper. His reply: “Nobody gets 2-liters”.
They didn’t offer a refund, the woman on the phone said she’d a delivery driver back out. I can expect them in 60mins. What???? Never going back here again. Nope.
