Very disappointed… This is not the first time my order has had mistakes, but this time I received a luke warm pizza with garlic sauce spilt underneath when it arrived, and was missing extra pepperonicini peppers I ordered as well. Will not be ordering from store #4052 again. My order was also 25 minutes past the estimated delivery time. If you are going to be late, please make sure the order is correct.

Not a great experience. Ordered a pizza online and later received a call stating I was outside the delivery area. Not sure how that is possible when I put in my address prior to ordering and I have had pizza delivered here for years by Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. Welp I guess we have to stick with Pizza Hut!

I usually go to the location at Citrus Blvd even though it’s further. I always had a great exp there. I decided to give this location another chance. I was happy the first time pizza was great, no garlic butter but still pizza was great. The second time hhhmm pizza was the slices were all different sizes. Garlic butter in one box ..Well at least one garlic butter.

Ordered pizza online, app stated 23-33minutes. Arrived and check on pizza after 25 minutes. I was told pizza just went in and it would be 15-20 minutes more. After 15 minutes I checked on my pizza and was told it would be put in to bake next. Canceled order after waiting a total of 53 minutes from the time I ordered my pizza and was told it had not even been put in the oven.

Tonight I ordered and paid for the pizza then I was informed that it will be 30-45 minutes. After 46 minutes I still had to wait 7 more minutes for two pizzas. Each worker I saw was touching their hair, pants, or face and didn’t wash hands. Yes, it was a Friday night but when I walked in then he looked in the computer and made my pizza. It was not that busy and a lot of workers just building boxes or just walking around. I live over 20 miles from this location only to find the pizza toppings were not evenly distributed and you got one bite of one topping. Pizza was under cooked. I guess not the right night to come in and get pizza
