So far I’ve only ordered online and dealt directly with their delivery drivers about 3 times. The pizzas are a little overly sauced compared to other Papa John’s. Otherwise the food is delicious and consistent. The delivery drivers we’ve dealt with are incredibly polite and very pleasant to deal with.

This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. In general, my opinion is that there is no bad pizza. This Papa John’s proved me wrong. The crust was like cardboard, there was almost no sauce on the pizza, the few pieces of sausage were hard, like they were old, and the pepperoni gave me a headache. Even the cheese was tasteless. The icing on the cake was the young woman at the register who rudely “greeted” us, interrupted us while responding to her question, and acted as if she was doing us a favor by being there.
Needless to say, the entire pizza went into the compost bin.

We have tried the pizza three times from this location and each time the pizza has been undercooked. We tried the pan pizza and it was so undercooked that we just threw it away, it was gross. We won’t be going back.

Ordered online, they said it would be here within 30 minutes, they outsourced after I placed the order to door dash and it took over a hour! Food was not good and it was cold. I contacted the online customer service through their website and they were absolutely no help. I will not order again from this store.
