I ordered boneless BBQ wings and the picture below is what I received— poorly cooked chicken nuggets drizzled with BBQ sauce. These are NOT wings and it looks nothing like the picture on the website. It was so bad I didn’t even eat it, I just tossed it out. Whoever made this should be ashamed of themselves. The only decent part of my order was the pizza and brownies.

While the driver does not follow instructions, he was very rude and they delivered the pizza to me in this state, it is truly in bad taste and they solve everything with a sorry nor did they offer to send another pizza, I worked at papa johns and I never saw anything like that.

Basic common sense and skills don’t exist at this place. I’m not sure how the current manager is in charge of this place, the place closes at 11 and he complains about me picking up my order at 10:45.

Extremely disappointed in the execution, communication and management of this Papa John’s branch. I ordered the pizza and paid for it, and the app gave me the window in which the pizza would be delivered. After that time had come and gone I called the Papa John’s and spoke to the manager in which he told me that they were running very behind and didn’t know when my pizza would be delivered. No explanation other than we’re very busy and he had no idea when I would actually receive my pizza. Why wasn’t this communicated as I’ve been waiting for the delivery per what the app said this was the first time I tried them and it’ll be the last.

Papa John’s told me my card was declined I used a second card and also was told my card was declined, after I could see my bank had been debited I told the manager I was speaking to, he said on there card was declined and suggested I order thru door dash with another company paid more in fees, not sure why I was told My cards were declined now I have to deal with getting my $150.32 back
