Ordered two XL cheese pizzas. The pizzas arrived cold.. crust was 30% of the pizza.. and barely any cheese. I called and spoke with the manager and she was completely unprofessional. She had the nerve to say “the pizzas were not the best but at least 8/10. We have someone training but I’ll give you a credit for 1 pizza.” I told her it was unacceptable and told her I would literally drive there to show her the quality and she hung up on me. I called back and she kept cutting me off when I tried to speak. It felt like a game to her. I’m not gonna name drop but I’ve never had a manager treat me like that before. Look at the pictures.. my kids didn’t even eat it.

I’m leaving this review as a safety warning to everyone about the area around this Papa Johns location.
When my friends and I were arriving, a pedestrian stepped into the street while distracted on their phone. We slowed down and let them cross. After we parked and got out of the car, the same individual approached us aggressively, got in our faces, and started insisting we “almost hit them.” They became increasingly hostile and made explicit threats to hurt/kill me.
To de-escalate, I apologized and kept things calm just to end the situation and get away safely. We did not engage further.
This isn’t really about the staff inside, but the parking lot/area feels unsafe. Please be extremely alert when pulling in, parking, and getting out of your car. Keep your doors locked until you’re ready to exit and stay aware of your surroundings.

This pizza was horrible. No flavor and cold. Garlic parm wings were supposed to be well done. They dang sure were not. Mushy and gross would better describe them. Haven’t ordered from Papa Johns in a couple of years due to shotty quality. Decided to give them a try in the new neighborhood. Won’t make the same mistake twice .

I was so impressed the last time that I ordered that I wanted to order again. I am bummed. The Canadian bacon is that tiny stick in the picture. It is hard as a rock! Where’s our yummy cheese. Our last order melted in your mouth. This not so much. The manager did offer to send out a new order and i said no because it is dinner time now.
He offered 30% off our next order but i do not believe i will order from them again. I may try a different store. Or not at all.
Oh and the poppers are nasty. I am sad:(

Ordered a shaqaroni xl pizza half pepperoni and the other half extra cheese only. I used the app so there was no verbal miscommunication.They must have made the whole pizza pepperoni, cooked it, and after realizing their mistake, removed the pepperoni from the other side and gave me the pizza that way. They didn’t even try to add cheese over it to try to cover their mistake. I will never eat Papa John’s again. From any location. I will add that the manager or whoever answered my complaint was kind and promptly issued a refund

This review is based on one thing. The pizza I ordered today. Is was a promotional pizza. The 5 cheese garlic crust pizza. It was a total downer. You needed a microscope to see the 5 cheeses. And as for garlic, not even a hint of garlic flavor on the crust. I might understand the lack of cheese if you were applying 1 type, but 5 types of cheese. I should barely see the crust. I’m sorry to say it but the garlic herb crust at Hungry Howies puts this to shame. Get to work on improvements.

They had advertised a deal, so we tried them. Asked for well done for both pizza and the wings… they were NOT. The wings looked like they were from pigeons (very small). There was hardly any pizza sauce, and on a med pizza there was at least 2″ of crust, all the way around the pizza! Also, not tasty… so sorry.

Pizza was sadly not even close to being covered with sauce or toppings. The steak and cheese papadia looks like someone needs to be retrained on how to make a real sandwich. It reminds me of “Where’s the Beef” commercial. Where are the toppings for 31 dollars?
