Dirty, flour Everywhere, emoloyess, apparently don’t follow food safety, no one is wearing hair nets. And yes they all had long hairs. So enjoy your hairy pizza!

I spent $65 on pizzas at this location recently. 1st I could not order a thin and crispy specialty pizza on the app and had to call in the order, negating any credit points toward any future pizzas and 2nd most of my pizza purchases were lots of crust without topping (the topping was minimal at best). With Marcos next door I now know where my future pizza choice will be! Our company wanted to try Pappa John’s and sadly it was a big disappointment! won’t order from this location again.

I made an online order to pickup as carryout. As I walked in I stand in the left side because a lady in front of me was picking up her order and I thought that is a line to pick up. A lady is there not even acknowledging me if I have to pick up an order or ordering. I wasn’t pleased of the customer service I had here. It would be nice to have signs to where I’d pick up and where to order.

I ordered a pizza with the toppings I like and a thin crust, but they gave me a thick crust and not with the toppings I ordered. I called to complain and they told me on the phone that they couldn’t understand me, and this isn’t the first time.

Delivery time was very good. Earlier than expected. Driver was friendly.
We ordered a large customized pizza on which we splitted the toppings in half. One side for me and one side for my wife. Unfortunately I only got a 1/4 pizza with my toppings and my wife got the 3/4. Very disappointing. We also ordered three Seasoning Shaker but only got one. Since you have to pay for them it would be nice if you get what you pay for.
Pizza was not hot but also not cold. For the delivery time it was okay.
For a $ 30 pizza I would definitely expect much better quality.
Next time we will try another place.

“No such thing as a bad pizza” I beg to differ. Pizza hut and Dominos are not even close to Papa John’s. If you care about quality then this is the best pizza out of the three hands down. The price may be a bit more but you get what you pay for.

It has been 2 years since my previous review about this Papa John’s location. Since then, the quality has been improving every time I order my carry outs. I know the staff is always changing but as of today I can assure you the pizzas they are making are much better than before.

I thought I’d try Papa John’s Pizza. Bad decision. I ordered a Spinach pizza with extra spinach from this Papa Jonh’s Pizza. Does this pizza look like it has extra spinach? I asked the young man who made my pizza, is there extra spinach on my pizza? He said when they put extra spinach on the pizza customers feel it’s too leafy so he put close to an extra portion of spinach. This is one reason I don’t like ordering out. People don’t follow directions. I’m paying for a product. I’m disappointed with the amount of spinach, not extra, on my pizza. The staff should have annual training on proper HANDWASHING and how important HANDWASHING is when preparing customer’s food. Very disappointed!!!

I mobile ordered a pizza so I could use a discount code. I arrived 20 minutes early and my order was already done. Pizza was good. The employee was polite. The establishment was clean. It was not a bad experience, but it was not a “wow” one either.
