I ordered the new NY style crispy cuppy roni pizza. The pizza just have few pepperoni. I got the garlic butter open on one side. It was 2 girls talking and other 2 in another side but only one person came to ask me and I said I have a pick up. He was very polite and left making pizza for help me. I will not order more here neither recommended this Papa John store.

I had a great experience at the Papa John’s on Simpson Rd, thanks to Sam’s excellent customer service. Sam was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my order was correct and even went the extra mile to recommend some great toppings. Despite a busy evening, he kept a positive attitude and ensured the pizza was made just right. His commitment to making sure I was satisfied really stood out. Honestly, our experience for the last couple of years has been really bad. We used to be regular customers but the order is lately always late and honestly not worth the wait. Tonight, I ordered the philly papadia and as you can see I can barely see or taste any steak! I remember ordering before and you can definitely taste the steak. Also, they skipped my sauce. I don’t know if this location has gone downhill or papa johns in Orlando in general. I would never order again. I wish their app allows us to choose a different location.

I’ve always liked their pizza. For over 15 years, we’ve been their customers. But the last time I ordered for a delivery at 10:00 pm, they said they could still deliver it. I told them I would pay cash, and they said it would arrive by 10:30pm. I called them back 40 minutes later since I knewthatcthe close at 11:00pm, and they said they had already left and that it was through DoorDash, which I hadn’t requested. They lied to me, leaving my family and me waiting all night. They lost us as customers; very bad service.

I generally love Papa Johns pizza. The freshness and ingredients, plus I love the crust! This location however is very stingy with their ingredients. I’ve never encountered this so drastically at another Papa Johns. Every time we order a meat pizza, we get plenty of toppings. I’m the only vegetarian in my family and I always order my own pizza with veggies only but I might get a couple pieces on each slice. When I say a “couple pieces” I mean an olive slice, an onion slice and a pepper slice if I’m lucky. Not what I ordered!
