I was at Papa John’s in Palm Harbor store number 1218 today around 1 o’clock the height of the lunch hour. A young lady named Marie was working in the store. She filled every single order diligently with skilled hands and deliberate actions. She moved effortlessly throughout the entire store, taking and filling orders very patiently and respectfully to the patron. The thing that gives the store three stars is not her work. It was excellent. It was the fact that she was in the store all by herself with absolutely no help if this woman is not a manager she should be. . Papa John needs to take a note or two from her. She has an incredible work ethic one I have not seen in a long. And Papa John’s should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen I don’t know who the manager of the story is, but they should’ve been working right alongside of her, and if she’s the manager, the assistant manager should’ve been there. There is no reason for someone to have to stand their ground all alone when a company is large as Papa John’s has the resources and can do a better job of managing the store. Kudos to you, Maria that pizza was amazing and so are the wings. And a note to the patrons if you see someone working along that hard, give them an extra tip. They earned it just like you, Marie You did a great job.Thank you

The manager is extremely unprofessional and immature. I called to try and resolve an incorrect order on their end bc I ordered two pizzas with white sauce due to my mother stomachs issues annd got 4 pizzas with red sauce which she CAN NOT eat so she’s here without dinner and was met with disrespect and screaming and yelling. As a manager I would think you would be able to compose yourself enough to handle customers complaints and not become aggressive and nasty but that’s just me ♀️ I definitely don’t recommend! They mess up your order and don’t take accountability!

0 stars! I submitted an online order with a promo code. Their website said it did not go through, however my credit card was charged. I called the store to get my money back and the manager hung up on me! Twice! Tom Gary. Totally unacceptable! He needs to be fired. Papa John’s lost a customer for life. I will never order again from any of their stores!

The pizza was hot and fresh. Lots of toppings. The cheese was definitely gooey and the sauce was not overbearing. Had the chicken bites and they were amazing. Not a lot of breading and they were crispy and not soggy. Definitely would order again. Overall very pleased.

Love love love the dough! I have the papa John’s app. Very easy to use and you get dough bucks each order. I do have to admit, Papa John’s is a bit on the pricier side for pizza, BUT I had $10 off so it does balance out. Their stuffed crust is one of the best! We also love the regular crust as well as the thin and crispy. I recommend to any pizza lover!

This …..is my first time going to PJs. In 15 years or so. Trust me. Tasted the same now as it did then. Service friendly. Great. Not their fault. But damn man. Hope they advanced throughout the whole shabang. This pizza sucked. Little Caesars was a step above. But damn. Won’t do it for as long as I live. Totally bland. Cardboard. Horrible. I do not dog any company out. This one??? Yep. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I spent $25 in a massage parlor and had better satisfaction. Also not looking like everyone else to get free stuff. This Papa John’s really made my night. They had an easy online ordering platform and a discount for the lightning winning. The food was great and the delivery driver actually followed directions. Overall a great fast food pizza experience.

I personally think Papa John’s Pizza tastes fresher and is visibly less greasy than 70% of the pizza available. I usually get it delivered, but I was right there with my daughter, so we ordered carryout. It was ready FAST. The people working were friendly and attentive. The taste? Superb. As usual. If you haven’t tried Papa John’s, do yourself a favor and order a pizza when the craving hits. It will be your new favorite.
