This was definitely a first for me so I felt I needed to speak on it! Papa John’s is my go to pizza spot because I love it over the rest but today was the day I want to break up! I decorated and ordered a heart shaped pizza for my daughter’s n I Vday gathering,just to get the pizza all the way home and it’s burnt! I was so pissed and my daughter’s were sad. Good thing I bought nice gifts to make up for the disappointment! Dad is already absent and now lunch/dinner was too

This is NOT the Shaq-A-Roni they advertise. Not even close. See the comparison pics. Besides it being almost void of pepperoni (I also added ham), it tasted…well, it had no taste. Just awful. I gave it 2 stars only because I’ve had worse, but not by much. The pizza joint across 200 is vastly better but was closed.

Order on a Monday afternoon and it took 20 minutes passed the given time, so I waited 45 minutes. It was only one pizza! Got it home and the dough was still raw near the edge where the sauce meets the crust. The guy at the counter is like d of odd/rude as well. I love Papa Johns but go somewhere else!

Pizza was good and was made to order. Service was a little slow on pickup. They were more busy with making pizzas and the delivery drivers and couldn’t really be bothered even though I was the only customer in the store, left me waiting.

Tampa Bay lightning advertises everywhere that if you use the code boltw the day after a win, you get a discount. This store does not honor that. The code works at the store just up the road so I won’t be going here ever again.

I place an online order 6/17 for delivery that was totaled 32.17. I ALWAYS choose NO tip online because I pay cash tips directly to the delivery driver. After paying the driver a cash tip I received a notice that i was charged $40 and some change. Someone added a tip of $7.44 on my receipt without my authorization. STOLE MY MONEY!! When I called the store to try and find a resolution. They told me that I was pretty much lying and that I had to add the tip. But I know FOR A FACT that I did not because I NEVER do! There was never any attempt to rectify. There wasn’t even an apology. So naturally, I asked for a corporate number. And once again, they refused to assist me and told me to google it. Then they hung up on me. Do not order online from this store. They are THEIVES! And VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They add tips to card receipts and pockets the money!! I will never give my business to them again and I will advise EVERYONE to steer clear of this establishment.

I ordered two large pizzas to be delivered and within an hour was called back and told our order was voided so when we called back to re-order, I was rudely accosted on the phone and when asked for a manager, I was hung up on these aren’t the type of people I do business with! Oh, it Was Wednesday night, July 23 the guy you gotta answer phones it’s gonna lose you a lot of business
